訂了兩個雙床房，家庭出遊。這個酒店位置好，離青島站近，離棧橋很近。朝上走離天主教堂很近，朝下走就海邊〔廣東過來的，分南北能繞暈〕。走路就到，老闆人很熱情。續房了一晚。對房間要求不是太高的，這裏就挺方便，而且價位好。

房間比較乾淨，唯一美中不足的是這個季節沒有冷氣有一點熱，中途有一些小問題老闆娘處理的很爽快也給我們免費升了房間 總體體驗很不錯 出行真的非常方便，出門就是海和棧橋

酒店位於青島德式風情別墅區，比鄰膠澳郵電局和侯爵飯店，基督教堂，天主教堂，膠澳總督府邸。樓下很多海鮮餐廳和青島精釀啤酒，地鐵站和公交站僅幾百米，房間温馨舒適，衞生條件好，價格也很親民，性價比很高。

第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，確實是來放鬆的好地方，今後會常來的。
交通便利，靠近青島站，棧橋，小紅樓等等，附近景點非常密集。
唯一不足的是沒換床單被套。。不過問題不大

這位置太棒了，老闆還給我升級了房型，前台姐姐也很熱情，走幾百米就到棧橋了，附近景點走路都能到，旅遊就首選這家！

乾淨衞生，服務很好，本來定的是君秀大床房，帶着小孩住行李也多，加20換了君品大床房，寬敞很多。離棧橋非常近，步行兩三分鐘就到了，去其他景點也不遠，推薦入住。
