房間很大設施很全很乾凈位置很好，有免費的停車場離旁邊的小吃街很近，而且是人當地自己人吃的那種地方經濟實惠，而不是旅遊區的那種真的很不錯，價格也很便宜，建議也來青島的朋友們住在這裏首選，我是參加艦艇開放，日了打錯，也就是2公里非常緊。

位置挺好的，距離地鐵口走路五分鐘左右，就是有點潮濕，但給加了電熱毯，看出來用心了，房間比較小，自己住將就一下可以，兩個人的話就感覺到擠了，衞生間很小，上廁所要注意別碰到洗手枱，淋浴超級狹窄。衹有一個小桌子沒椅子，外賣點來衹能放床上，酒店態度還不錯！

十分乾淨，旅遊來青島，住的不錯，環境好，服務態度超好，有停車位，賓館大叔加工海鮮非常棒，去景區也很方便，可惜忘記拍房間照片了，值得推薦去住。

房間乾淨整潔，交通便利，離地鐵近，附近吃早餐買東西都很方便，停車也很方便，門口和室內都有停車場。院內很大，可以晾衣物。

房間很大很亮，老闆跟我們升了房，老闆人很不錯吧，昨天忙沒顧的上付款，今天付款老闆也沒有怨言，用的來説體驗感還不錯。會推薦給朋友的。

設施：比較老舊，房間比較小
衞生：空氣不流通，除濕除黴不到位。
環境：選的無窗房間，想的能更進入沉睡，黴味比較重，過敏體質的同學慎入。
免費停車非常方便，離景點也比較近，周邊吃的非常多。

環境是真的不錯 最起碼離地鐵口包括公交站都特別近 關鍵還有商場 菜市場 都特別的方便 是真的好愛 而且住宿環境很乾凈
