這次選擇入住七天酒店青島芝泉路店，主要是考慮到其位於青島市中心的便利位置以及七天酒店一貫的性價比。
地理位置優越：酒店位於青島市中心的芝泉路，交通十分便利。無論是自駕還是乘坐公共交通，都能輕鬆抵達各大景點和商業區。周邊設施齊全，購物、餐飲、娛樂等一應俱全，非常適合商務出差或旅遊觀光。
房間舒適寬敞：儘管酒店是青島市較早的七天酒店，但房間保養得相當不錯。床鋪舒適柔軟，空調、熱水等設施運作正常。儘管房間面積不算特別大，但佈局合理，空間利用率高，給人一種寬敞舒適的感覺。
服務周到細緻：酒店員工的服務態度非常親切周到，從入住到離店，始終保持着微笑和熱情。在辦理入住手續時，工作人員耐心解答了我的疑問，並詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。在住宿期間，他們還主動詢問我是否需要幫助，讓我感到非常温暖。

第一次過來入住，還不錯，交通超級方便、地鐵站很近，前台人員也超級好很暖心，房間乾淨也挺安靜的，出行不二選擇呦。

房間比較乾淨衞生，性價比高。我定的是部分無窗，但前台直接説是無窗房，這點不是很明白。緊鄰地鐵站，地理位置比較好。

前台服務很熱情，位置不錯，離地鐵站衹有200米，到五四廣場坐地鐵一站就到了，非常方便，酒店在一個小巷子裏，安靜。

雖然旅遊旺季 房源緊張 可是價格增加那麼多最起碼保證服務和衞生吧？ 一共四天三晚 就沒有打掃過一次房間 設備老舊 服務一般。主要太臟了 地面和牆面。近500元一天的價格 真的垃圾

住的很滿意，不錯的體驗，帶着孩子出來玩，前廳服務很好，小哥哥很照顧我們，給我們的房間向陽，房間衞生不錯，沒想到價格那麼低，衞生這麼好，必須給個大大的贊

本着客觀真實的原則，做了以下評價，商家也不用聯繫我撤評價，你們自己做好就行。
首先説一下環境吧，酒店在鹽城路上，因為不是主幹道，且是一條停了不少車的單行道，所以比較僻靜，酒店沒有一層，從二層開始往上都是住宿，整體還行，畢竟不嘈雜
房間設施，説是有窗，但是也就能夠通氣而已，外面就是房屋的屋頂。
衞生一起説吧，首先浴巾是用塑料袋密封放置，這個真的要表揚一下，至少感覺衞生。但是花灑就很臟，花灑頭少了很多橡膠頭，而且水垢很厲害，花灑水管已經變黑，不知道多久沒清理，上面還沾着長髮。牆面上應該是黴斑吧，青島雖然潮濕，但是做好通風應該沒那麼難。洗手盆以及馬桶就不用説了，看照片吧。
服務，第一天住進去，房間里居然沒有礦泉水，好吧，你沒有我自己準備，我自己找了水壺和水杯，可能第二天打掃衞生的看到了，於是第二天房間裏終於有了水。其他的也沒啥服務了。網絡還算快。
整體我衹能説，你如果叫七天優品，那就做好這些，別把自己搞得跟普通七天一樣，現在這樣連普通如家都不如。你可以説你便宜，所以你就這麼簡陋這麼差，但是宜必思跟你差不多價位，為什麼人家能做好。你可以一般，但不要讓自己差到讓人無法接受。
最後結賬看到櫃枱上提示好評有獎，那我大概明白你的分數比較高的原因了。
