It was a warm and cozy stay. The apartment is clean, friendly, and well-heated. It has a fridge, washing machine, boiler, hair dryer and a kettle. Also, all toiletries were included. The host is amiable. The check-in and check-out were effortless. Definitely will stay again. Nice and comfortable place.

第一次定民宿，本以為是一次"冒險"，現實確很驚艷。定的特價房，突發故障，給我升級了房間。房間寬大，明亮。有個大飄窗，電視屏幕很大，像投影一樣，但是清晰度高的多。接待的小哥很帥，很滿意的一次住宿。

我剛剛從燕歸堂公寓回來，真的是一次超讚的住宿體驗！這家公寓地理位置優越，靠近地鐵和凱德購物中心，出行超方便。 房間寬敞明亮，設計感十足。床墊超級舒服，一覺到天亮，完全不捨得起床！浴室設施也超級贊，熱水穩定，洗漱用品齊全。公寓提供廚房設施，可以自己動手做餐（這個我用不到），還有冰箱，超級適合家庭出遊或者和朋友一起住。 公寓樓下有不少餐廳和小吃店，口味選擇超豐富。樓下還有24小時便利店，購物十分方便。周邊環境很安靜，不用擔心會被打擾。總的來説，燕歸堂自助公寓真的值得一住。服務周到，房問舒適，周邊設施齊全，一直想去嶗山爬了回嶗山。嶗山位於青島東部，有“海上第一名山”的美稱，最高峯為海拔1133米的巨峯，以雄偉、壯觀、奇特、秀麗成為著名的道教名山。•嶗山的道教宮觀、日出與雲海，都極富盛名；南線是流清河和埡口；東線是仰口；中線是北九水；走水路在太清灣登陸的遊客主要遊覽太清和上清景區。從公寓出發，乘坐地鐵直達嶗山腳下，非常方便！謝謝房東給提供的旅遊攻略，下次來青島，還住這裏！

入口在光大銀行樓後，工作人員很熱情，找不到位置打電話就下來接，房間乾淨整潔，住宿位置離地鐵站很近，出行很方便，這個季節價格便宜，出差住宿性價比真的很高。
