룸 컨디션이 매우 않좋습니다.
벽 곳곳에서 곰팡이 자국을 흔히 볼수 있엇구요.
기관지가 안좋은 분들은 꼭 참고하세요.
47,000원을 내고 이곳에서 잠을 잣던거 저의
큰 실수가 맞습니다. 지하철 1호선과 가깝다는
지리적인 장점 빼곤 모든게 형용하기 힘든 상황이엿음ㅡ

再沒有見過如此差的酒店。馬桶竟然連蓋子和圈都沒有，衞生間門是用黑塑料袋綁的，根本關不住。衞生極差，枕頭被單發黃，實在不敢相信是每個客人都打掃更換的。樓房是用木板隔的，就是個樓梯間，感覺人直接就在你頭上尿尿，沒有隔音。換不給換，退也不退。旺季和低價都不是理由吧，做生意還是得有良心。最後沒辦法，衹好重新在其他地方訂了酒店，實在是沒法住。

小間較小，有一個小窗沒紗窗，隔音不好。有一個最大的優點，晚點的火車從青島北站出來，沒有地鐵。衹需步行二十分鐘到，第2天坐地鐵大約步行10分鐘。有早點，10塊錢能吃飽

好客山東不是説説而已，酒店人員超級熱情給我們介紹附近吃飯的地方，知道我們坐地鐵特意走出來給我們指路，定的房間是包含早餐但是我們起太晚了😂，吃了雞蛋喝了豆漿，麻球和煮花生也挺飽，雖然就住一晚上但是對於青島的印象超好，以後有機會要來這兒旅行一次

賓館的主人還是比較熱情好客，山東人的性格就是這樣的，賓館設施稍微老舊一些，衞生條件還是可以吧，屋子頂棚很高，比較涼爽，但是窗户有的沒有紗窗，夏天的時候，容易進蚊子，另外，賓館也提供收費的早餐，質量一般，收費也不高，有曬衣服的地方，比較方便

太差了，對不起將近300的價格，房間小也就算了，進去很臭，可能因為一樓地漏都會反味吧，電視也沒有，房間很臟，窗台上灰塵堆滿，哎！其實就是一個小旅館，老破舊的那種。

老闆和員工的服務態度非常好，我項鍊丟在酒店了，第二天的票要離開聽到青島，不得已麻煩老闆大半夜給我找，非常感謝！！！在外地旅遊的我感到青島值得下一次再來❤️

首先算是對得起這個價位！交通比較方便，提供的洗髮沐浴液很好，是正兒八經的洗浴用品不是一小衹不明液體，空調效力強。
但是衞生真的有點差，枕套發黃，衞生間有味道，有排氣扇也排不掉，毛巾上甚至有別人的毛髮…電視機也沒有，早上懶覺也是睡不成的，不過這個價位隔音是沒法要求了，衞生還是需要加強一下！
