"WARNING: AVOID Qihe Arcadia! My family (6 adults, 1 child) stayed here during the May Day holiday, and it was an absolute nightmare. Upon entering our room, it felt completely unkempt – dust and catkins were everywhere, and to top it off, the room service phone wasn't even connected. I've genuinely never stayed in a hotel with such abysmal soundproofing; we could hear the low music from the next room, meant to lull a child to sleep, crystal clear. Not to mention the obvious, unidentified liquid stains all over the sofa and chairs. The gap under our room door was so wide you could see into the corridor, posing significant safety and noise concerns. We then took the children to the 'outdoor playground,' which resembled a ghost town. All the slides were broken with holes everywhere, and the trampoline was so damaged that a child could easily fall through if not closely supervised. The indoor children's playground was equally neglected and full of hidden hazards due to years of disrepair. Even the hot spring area was a disappointment, with older men openly scrubbing their dead skin and bodies – completely unhygienic and off-putting. And the 'golf course'? It was surrounded by a dilapidated village, complete with crowing chickens, barking dogs, and broken branches everywhere. My child even fell multiple times. Considering all these glaring issues, how can a hotel charging nearly 600 RMB per night during a peak holiday like May Day possibly justify its price or the 'service' it provides?
