I’m a repeat guest at this property and this time again, the hospitality was absolutely top-notch. Being a Marriott Platinum member, I’ve stayed at quite a few Marriott properties, but the way we were taken care of here was honestly above and beyond. A special shoutout to Mrinmoyee . She got in touch with me even before we arrived and was constantly in touch throughout our stay. Literally, just a missed call away whenever we needed anything. She was always on her toes to help with every little request, and almost everything we asked for was taken care of. When you’re travelling with family and kids, these small things make a HUGE difference and make you feel genuinely valued as a guest. We had originally booked a 2BHK and they upgraded us to a 3BHK, which was honestly super helpful for our family. They also did a lovely room decoration for us, completely complimentary. Really thoughtful gesture! Another thing that really stood out was their generosity. Even small things like the kids’ meals were provided complimentary instead of being charged separately. During happy hours, some of our family members weren’t drinking, and the team still managed to arrange food for them without any extra charge after taking internal approval. The waiter could’ve easily said no, but he went out of his way to help. These are the little gestures that stay with you. We also had a small confusion about using the stove and the staff came running immediately to help us. Housekeeping was perfect. Honestly, I don’t see much scope for improvement there. And the food… WOW! The room decor was lovely, but the best surprise for me was the pastry . I’ve had Pastry at so many places across the world, and I can genuinely say this was easily among my top 3. Super tasty, at least to my taste. I could go on and on about it, but then this review will become a blog Breakfast was decent too, with no complaints. For families, they also had some activities for kids, which was really nice. You can see that the team is genuinely thoughtful about family guests. If I had to suggest just ONE thing, it would be a small indoor play area for kids. Even if they could dedicate one small space/room for it, I think it would be a fantastic addition. This place already has so much going for it, and an indoor kids’ area would make it even more family-friendly. The gym deserves a special mention too. It’s HUGE, very well maintained and beautifully designed. I’ve used gyms at many hotels, and this one definitely impressed me. With this kind of infrastructure, I’d happily come back again. Also, I really want to recognise the gentleman at the pool. I’m terrible with names, unfortunately, but I remember seeing him around the gym and pool. He was constantly guiding us and giving the right instructions, especially with our kid. For example, he didn’t allow our daughter to have j"

"We kwamen vroeg in de ochtend en vroegen om een vroege check-in. Dit was een druk weekend en het personeel ging uit de weg om snel een kamer voor ons te organiseren. Zoals anderen hebben opgemerkt, zijn de kamers goed onderhouden en zijn de kamers mooi n schoon. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en vriendelijk, altijd lachend en checken op ons verblijf. Ik probeerde niet het ontbijt, maar we bestellen een salade en koffie die goed was. Het personeel heeft ook een uitbetalingsverzoek ontvangen, hoewel het volledig geboekt was. De locatie is ook centraal. Gemakkelijk om door de stad te wisselen. Ik zal zeker weer blijven."

"So, let’s consider it as a luxurious hotel as they charge ₹9x of MRP for a Diet Coke and they charge 5% service charge to give it at your doorstep . Now, let’s list down the issues: 1. 30% discount for outsiders if they book dinner table through Dineout, zero for guests because we are guests. 2. Takes a zillion years to get water - the room service number doesn’t work. 3. Extended my stay till 5 PM, paid extra, but they didn’t clean the room as I was checking out. 4. No hair dryer, no room slippers. 5. Doesn’t give a stirrer and extra cups; takes longer than usual to get another one. 6. Food has a lot of soda in it and is oily like the food from a local, unhygienic dhaba would be. This is an unfortunate place where you spend a lot of money and don’t get a dime of service."
