Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel."

"My wife and I came here in April 2026 as it was her birthday. The location is quite inside from Lonavala but worth it. The entire premises is so beautiful and speaks luxury. We stayed in Dove cottage and the rooms were super clean and premium. Because of the location, it's very peaceful and serene. You hear different birds in the morning. The service from the receptionist to the chef and to the room service is top notch. They really make you feel valued. The best part is they also provide JAIN food and their kitchen for veg and non-veg is seperate. There were good options for Jain food. Every staff was super helpful. Pricing is slightly on the steep side but it's completely worth it. We had an amazing stay here, the hospitality, beauty and luxury aspect made us really impress. Must visit!"
