We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Also the staff was very cooperative and everything was good to enjoy our stay.

All the things are good but the price is not worth it with all the services they need more cleanliness and proper staff.

Easily accessible location, at first look the hotel seemed to be value for money. On check-in, we informed the hotel staff that the washbasin in the bathroom was leaking whenever we opened the tap & it was checked by them but issue was not resolved. Hence the bathroom floor and mat were completely wet throughout. We were unable to use the washbasin during our stay. Tv was not working due to bad signal. Food from their restaurant was good but high priced. We had breakfast included in our package but were not informed by the hotel staff that there would be no buffet breakfast. However, they let us order from their breakfast menu. Hotel staff seemed uninterested in interacting with the guests. It's ok to stay here if there is no other option

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great place to stay also the public transportation and tours were close by

I was searching for multiple hotels within budget considering season. Got this and it was nice and pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and friendly. Prompt service. Definitely recommend and will try to go again.

Place was good, food was good however the room view to the outside is not so good. Basic amenities like brush, shampoo, comb etc were missing. Overall, don't find it value for money. The charges should have been on lower side.

Excellent stay. Room was clean and nice. Good space for parking. Swimming pool also cool, only issue with swimming pool is water depth is same throughout pool. Location is near by lonavala market.

The stay at sunny retreat was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and service was very good. However they didn't allow us late check-out by even 10 mins which caused rush for us. But all in all 5 he stay was good

It's a great place for family stay with good food and one at lonavala should not give a second thot as it is very much within city and near to railway station.
