Location was good. Room was also good with service but the bathroom size was very small. Food was good but little costly. Staff behaviour was good

Hotel service was not up to the mark. Rooms were ok and mrp products were highly overcharged.

Property is good. Location is bit odd, although it is 10 min walking distance from main city road and station, but it's hard for sr. Citizens. And auto charges too much for such a small distance. Food: quality is good. Taste is average, and very little menu available. They cook after you place order, therefore food is fresh, but it takes long waiting period. Also no lift available, not easy for sr. Citizens. Mixed reviews for staff, some are friendly and also some are ignorant. Some of the time time it happened that, no one is attending us.

Property location is beautiful and services, facilities and ambience are excellent. I recommend the people to stay.

The staff was new. The toilet seat was just kept on it (broken seat), soap handle was also broken, calls were not received by reception and I have to bring my own bags downstairs. The food was okay, but it took such a long time. Not worth the money. I am disappointed 😞

Ambiance and location is good however service need to be improved food is too costly. Also cockroach is available in the room. No complaints given

While 4 person were staying in room only 150 ml water was provided and towels were stinking. When confronted about bad service they didn’t responded well and were arguing back

Hotel location is interior side. You have to walk around 600 meter to get autorickshaw. Room is ok. But no restaurant service. Front desk staff is new and doesn't know about the local city
