Bed sheet was dirty there is no commode seat was there heater not working
water leakage from a/c
staff also very lazy there is no hospitality overall it was very unpleasant experience and not at all worthy of the price.

1) hotel rooms are not maintained. 2) bed rolls are not properly cleaned. 3) many insects or bugs found in the room. 4) foods not delivered in the room.

Very bad behavior of staff. Horrible rooms and toilets no water in flush etc. All stinking smell.

Worst stay ever i booked executive suite and the hotel gave that room to some other guest. I was told to sleep in some random room with no tv, no ac, and even no washroom. I mean i did not paid for such expensive. Terrible is also small word for this. I demand full refund. I don’t need stupid 7% discount

This was the worst experience of all time
room provided was having french window with no locks. Terribly unsafe. Ac rooms with no working ac. Bathroom was untidy. No towels. No working lift to go on 2nd floor. No to carry luggage. There was only 1 person managing whole property. He took 90 mins to give another room with same problems except windows was having locks but here new problem was that there was no key for door lock. We have to keep door unlocked while going out for dinner.

Cleanness is not there. To fill up the form hotel staff came to room at 12:30am. Wash room is also not cleaned.

Extremely horrible room at swamiraj executive. Roaches in the room, sheets not changed, ac not working in one room, leaking a pool of water in the other, entire room in dilapidated condition

A nice place easy to be spotted and the staff is friendly and also cooperative aswell, all together a good and smooth experience.

Claimed amenities weren't provided. Food quality was average. Lift, tv. And intercom all were not in working condition. The room and washroom were not cleaned. Absence of mannerism amoung the service staff.
