Erg groot park met verschillende hotels en appartementen. Ons appartementsgebouw lag aan zee waardoor we een super mooi uitzicht hadden. Ons appartement was netjes en schoon en zag er gerenoveerd uit. Enige minpunt is dat er geen douchedeur was, waardoor de hele badkamer grond nat werd als je ook maar even onder de douche stond. Verder in de woonkamer en in slaapkamer zowel tv en airco. Het zwembad, receptie en de supermarkt is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf ons gebouw. Er zijn ook appartementen verder weg of dichterbij deze voorzieningen. De zwembaden zijn erg mooi met genoeg ligbedden en een terras met bar. Vanaf het zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. ‘ s Avonds is er niks te doen en doordat het appartement in de bossen ligt is het overal erg donker. We hebben een fijn verblijf hier gehad maar een keer Pula was voor ons genoeg, het is een klein stadje waar niet veel te beleven is en in 2 uur helemaal gezien hebt. Prijzen in de restaurants zijn net wat duurder dan in Nederland en erg kleine porties. Elke avond ergens gegeten en nergens is mijn trek echt gestild.

Die Bewertung des Hotels ist so was von falsch. Sehr unfreundliches Personal, null Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Bedienung und das Essen in den Restaurants eine reine Katastrophe.

Another fantastic weeks stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the pine trees but steps from Hawaii Beach. Great staff and a beautiful apartment equipped with all you need. This is our second visit this year, it is now closed for the season and re-opens mid April 2024. Check in is easy and stress free. Reception is opposite the supermarket Lito on the main complex, you can then get a golf buggy lift to your apartment. From there it’s easy to find your way around.

The resort was well kept, clean and tidy. The apartment was comfortable with a great view. Restaurant options were good. The location was great, being only 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Pula. We liked the fact there were no cars around the apartments and it was safe to walk. We also liked that there were so many trees. All the staff we came across were polite and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Property was new and very clean with a great view of the sea and nearby beach. This is a vast complex which is best described as having a large hotel complex and apartments on a camp site. As per most reviews the parking is limited and therefore difficult and like any other camp site pedestrians share the road with the cars which can be a little dangerous and caution is advised. The lighting at nite for pedestrians is very poor especially the roads within the camp. Park Plaza chain really should look at that and make some improvements

Stayed in a Superior 2 bed for just over a week. Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped for a family wanting to mix eating out and in. Towels refreshed every day/as needed. Wifi connection was good for our apartment, Irena towards the back. Resort is very clean and tidy, good choice of restaurants around the site and the shared pool is lovely. Sea water based but don’t be put off by that, it was still refreshing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Oh and on site supermarket was very handy! Would definitely come again

I have booked the villa here for the vacation and I am doubting to go thee as I already experience very bad customer service. They asked in the form for when I want to arrive . I replied 2-3 PM and then through *********** I receive a message that my request is rejected without giving any explanation. I wrote back asking for the explanation to which I got no response. I called to check and got an answering machine in Croatian language . Anyway I waited and got connected to someone from the hotel who was cordial and said it was not a problem to arrive between 2-3PM. Then connected me to someone from the reservation for the resort who was extremely rude and would only reply with yes or no kind of answer. Bad experience and now fearing if I should change the hotel somewhere else
