What a stay - what a hotel!! We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. Arrivés là par pur hasard, le panneau avec les photos nous a donné envie. Nous espérions que le repas soit à la hauteur de ces clichés et ce fut le cas. Vous choisissez le vin et le menu est une « surprise » , entrée , pâtes, viandes, dessert café eau à 35€. Nous avons eu pichade, tourte, barbajuan et farcis en entrée, raviolis à la sauge, tagliatelles au ragoût et tapenade, mix grill de viande (bœuf, saucisse et côtelette d’agneau) avec comme accompagnements, haricots verts et frites, le dessert un large choix vous est proposé, tiramisu, crème caramel, gâteaux aux amendes…. Et leur spécialité que le nom m’échappe, nous avons opté pour la crème caramel et le gâteau aux amendes, nous nous sommes régalés et nous y retournerons et nous parlerons d’eux autour de nous car c’est j’en adresse à connaître!!! Le personnel est très sympathique, les patrons pareils, petit bonus à la fin le digestif offert (lomoncello ou grappa) et le patron au moment du café fait le tour des tables avec une bouteille, je suppose du rhum car comme il dit « c’est meilleur avec ça dedans » très convivial ce restaurant!!!

I was a guest of this structure that has a strategic position at the rear of the Ariston Theatre, the house was super clean and the maximum availability and also instructions to enter and exit. I only chose a little apartment but at the end I had little to work, but I was a little bit hard to work, but I'll be better off next time. I'm noticed that the lock was defect and I only managed to enter the box with the backkey, which was kept next to the entrance. Thank you for everything. I'll be happy to come back.

It was impossible to call the host and to agree on something. On the site it was written that you can pay in cash, and that registration ends at 21.00. We planned to come to 14.40, but only got on a later train, so were on the spot near 19.00. We waited 20 minutes when someone came to us and eventually we were told that our reservation was cancelled and sold to other people. We were indulgently offered to stay in a room like a plaster. We were too tired to argue about anything. Two days in the road and when you arrive, it is terrible to unpack your suitcases quietly! No help in selecting another option of accommodation was provided to us. As a result, we found another hotel ourselves: at the same price, 200 m from the center and about the same amount from the beach with a spacious room with a refrigerator, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. So, except for the stress experienced, I'm even glad that our reservation was sold in this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Arrivés là par pur hasard, le panneau avec les photos nous a donné envie. Nous espérions que le repas soit à la hauteur de ces clichés et ce fut le cas. Vous choisissez le vin et le menu est une « surprise » , entrée , pâtes, viandes, dessert café eau à 35€. Nous avons eu pichade, tourte, barbajuan et farcis en entrée, raviolis à la sauge, tagliatelles au ragoût et tapenade, mix grill de viande (bœuf, saucisse et côtelette d’agneau) avec comme accompagnements, haricots verts et frites, le dessert un large choix vous est proposé, tiramisu, crème caramel, gâteaux aux amendes…. Et leur spécialité que le nom m’échappe, nous avons opté pour la crème caramel et le gâteau aux amendes, nous nous sommes régalés et nous y retournerons et nous parlerons d’eux autour de nous car c’est j’en adresse à connaître!!! Le personnel est très sympathique, les patrons pareils, petit bonus à la fin le digestif offert (lomoncello ou grappa) et le patron au moment du café fait le tour des tables avec une bouteille, je suppose du rhum car comme il dit « c’est meilleur avec ça dedans » très convivial ce restaurant!!!

The Anthurium is located adjacent to the bike track and is perfectly suited for just using the flat bike track to ride along the coast or to get to the many valleys and climb up meters and meters and come back another valley. Santo Stefano is a cozy small town with all the Charme and no large touristy traps. The hotel has a pool area (not very secluded), but you can sit on your own small terrace area and each room has a separate outdoor entrance.

Incredible room , exceptional litre, beautiful and very clean bathroom , room service always perfect , breakfast to fall down the ground, very clean hotel , small room fridge always filled with very fresh water , Air conditioning , for our part a small terrace that offers a garden and a really very pleasant basketball ground for the Italian atmosphere , smoking corner, dog friendly ++++++ , beach towel available , in the heart of SanRemo .... If I had noted the whole hotel I would tell you that it deserves its 4 stars (see more) .... the staff is INCREIDING, in the small care for its client , help you book from activities , give you good plans for the city , good restaurants , apply to 300% to offer you a wonderfully delicious reception and meals (the breakfast is incredible) , every day is a good day when we cross their smiles , we are conquered , background in full and we think the hotel deserves a more star , just for them !!! ♥️

Travelled with Just You and stayed in room 401 from 10 to 17 June 2019. The room was a twin and it was quite dark however i was able to open the curtains and a sliding window to obtain light, and to see a view of the public triangle below. There was an easy-to-use safe in the room and the TV had a number of English channels, mainly for the news. There is no tea /coffee making facilities. There are no facilities for eating except for breakfast, when a room is opened on the 4th floor between 7.00 and 10.30am. I enjoyed my breakfast which consisted of a small number of items such as fruit juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread, cheese and eggs that were good quality. The staff member did not take tea or coffee orders as a matter of routine but served you if you asked. The reception staff are professional and friendly, and so helpful if you have a problem. The facilities in the hotel are limited therefore in my opinion this should be rated as a 3 star hotel. There is no garden or pool area, and the fitness room and rooftop terrace that are advertised are poor.

I stayed on August 25 with the family. We found it good .how it should be when you rent a apartment,clean,ordered and organized as a hotel room. This host was it !! Clean,Client attention,Handsets,Bathroom,A small hall with water available,Cafe and bricks in the morning.comfortable bed(very important) It is in the center,the only pity that 3 floors with heavy bags remains complicated.but on the site there I'll advise everyone about this disadvantage.
