"Er zijn haar op het bed, en de rug van dit Amerikaanse hotel is een kast + twee bedden (niet geplukt!!) dat maakt me te ongezond voor de gezondheid! Ik ben gewoon kwaad. De bouw is vol met **, de vloer van de bouw is niet net zo schoon als het! Ik raakte in de nacht en in de nacht, en ik was weer bij de hoge snelheid, en ik kwam naar het voertuig te duister! Ik kwam bij de gang om een paar papierdozen te bewaren, en toen ik het slot kreeg, werd de sloten geopend! Het is echt onzin!!"

"The hotel is right next to City Hall, and there's a large shopping mall within walking distance with good Chinese food. It's also within walking distance of the Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University. The only downside is that the room was a bit damp, probably because it was on the first floor, but everything else was fine."

"This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us."

"De kamer lijkt op een universiteitsslaapzaal. Hoewel de oppervlakte klein is, is deze zeer kosteneffectief en zijn de sanitaire omstandigheden goed. De airconditioning en andere faciliteiten en apparaten zijn echter een beetje rudimentair. Er zijn openbare badkamers, wat handig is om af te wassen; het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij Brown University, wat handig is voor op reis."

"Deze Hilton Providence was na een renovatie bijna afgerond. Het is zeer aardig, het bed was zeer comfortabel en de kamer prachtig. Wij hadden geadviseerd om vroegtijdig te checken of onze bagage te verlaten, omdat we een bus naar het stadion Gillette moesten pakken voor het spel Schotland/Haïti. We hebben niet gecontroleerd dat er geen ketel, kopjes, theebeugels of theezakjes waren tot we vanmorgen om 2 uur terug zijn van de wedstrijd. Het was duur om in dit hotel te blijven omdat de prijzen voor de Wereldcup stijgen en het moeilijk te geloven dat je niet eens een kopje thee kunt maken. We waren ook klaar om te vertrekken voor het vertrek van 11 uur, toen een schoonmaakster de kamer wilde schoonmaken. Toen we het uitchecken, vroegen we een kopie van de op onze creditcard gelegde kosten voor incidenten die we niet gebruikten. De receptie zei dat ze dat niet kon, maar dat ze een ontvangst zou e-mailen, maar wat er werd gestuurd was een ontvangst met nul, geen verwijzing naar het bedrag dat op onze kaart stond."
