Food was good,polite staff but rooms need renovation and better cleaning

an overall awesome stay, right in the heart of Protaras

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous rooms were luxurious and very clean, it’s location is perfect very easy to get to everything. Drinks were fantastic however the food was very average, but as you are so close to various restaurants we went out in the evenings. They don’t have many activities but with the beach as your garden and ***** of over 50+ shops and bars you can keep yourself entertained. Would stay again but maybe not do all inclusive

An amazing hotel, 5 star service from the moment you walk into reception. The rooms are spotlessly clean , the viws are stuning. The pools are lovely to swim in. The staff goes out of their way to please and provide friendly service! Special thanks to the bartender Ehsan! He is very polte and makes us great cocktails. The hotel manager, Mr. Christos Patsalos is very kind and helpfull. Thank you for a fabulous time we will be back.

Very great hotel, comfortable, extra ordinary hotel. Beautiful płacę and good location. Very very nice services. Great service from Arpana, slavi. Very friendly. Drinks white russian, irish coffee and margarita are done very awesome by them. Room is very comfortable and big and unforgetable view from our room. Whenever we need help for something staff are always ready to do. When we saw the review we were confuse to choose the hotel but when we come here we are happy. Sometime what we see is not always right. But we expect to be more cyprus food then other food. Their is no any complain about we feel. I want to come back again in this hotel because i love it. Its good płacę to relax on your holiday.

Nice hotel not 5 star would rate it 4 star. Breakfast and lunch is excellent, but evening meal rubbish not enough international food. The sea breeze by the pool is also great choices. General Hotel and ground areas are clean although hotel sunbed covers a little dirty. And some minor maintenance issues needed. A very special thanks to the bar staff Arpana, Slavi, Sital and Evelina, they were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. They were so accommodating and nice people to meet.

As a family we have been going to protaras for about 20 years . We arrived on the 4th May and this was our 2nd time staying at The Constantine Great Beach Hotel and the standard of the housekeeping has declined dramatically compared to our 1st stay. This hotel states that it is a 5* hotel but unfortunately if they allow the maid service to continue as it is then they will lose there rating. On several occasions we were having to ask for towels,toilet rolls,tea and coffee and to have the milk replaced in our room.The maids were saying that they had done it but when checking again they hadn’t so having to chase the maids to get them to do there jobs and then being tutted at for asking for the things that they should be doing. We stayed for a week and in that week we didn’t get clean sheets,but they did make the beds. There was a clump of hair on our balcony which stayed there all week so it proved that the maids didn’t sweep or mop the balcony,dirty glasses were left for about 3 days until they removed them,rubbish was left on the balcony nearly all week . The final straw was when I went to use the UHT milk that they leave in your room for a cup of coffee . When I opened the milk it had gone hard and mouldy so I went to the reception to complain and make them aware of this. I had also filled out one of there questionnaire which I had pointed a few things out to them. The final straw came when I asked if I could have my money back for the late check out fee which was 30 euros because of the things that I had complained about. The front of house manger Maria said that she would ask the hotel manger. After leaving it for about an hour or so I went back to the reception to find out what the manger had said ,Maria said that he had said no which I replied was not good enough because of all the things that I had complained about,the next thing that Maria said to me was uncalled for and very very rude she told me that the next time I visited cyprus was to go and stay at the illiada hotel as though I wouldn’t be welcomed at the Constantinos , I replied to her by saying how rude she was and how dare she talk to me like that as I was a paying guest. I found the hotel manger and explained what had happened and he said he was going to sort it. If you are thinking of staying there and are expecting a 5* hotel expect to be disappointed as in my experience it is bearly reaching a 3* hotel and will continue to decline if they don’t sort out there housekeeping staff.

Everything is good but I loved how they service guest. Specially Akash(waiter) smile and his service is excellent. He is the best ever for me. The environment allover was very nice ... the hotel is in prime location .. we can get everything outside in the street .. hope i will surely come back here .. very soon.

Not a 5-star hotel by a country mile the rooms nit clean the swimming pool very cold and uncomfortable the sunloungers were all broken and stained only plus side is close to the beach so you don’t have to be by the pool which is freezing ! The food in the evening was poor as well
