Silkari the Pavilions

The property was prime location right in the centre of the main street, very close to all the restaurants, beach and also Coles, we usually hire a car, this time we didn't and we didn't really need too due to the good location. They have a car park here too. Shannon the manager was very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed. The aircon in the room was amazing. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We stayed for hubby’s 70th birthday. We wanted central and quiet, no kids. This was the perfect location. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities as Cyclone Jasper arrived. Staff moved us to a higher room and we bunkered down til we could fly out and home. The rooms are well appointed, clean and central. Staff are absolutely amazing.

Perfect location, no more than a 7 minute walk to 4 mile beach & the Court House hotel on the main street. Our room was air-conditioned with ceiling fans, a kitchen, dining/lounge and an ensuite bathroom. There's a heated pool , about 10 meters by 2 metres, which is perfect for an evening dip. There are only 6 sunlounges, but with only 12 appar**ents we were always able to get one. A BBQ is just outside the pool area should you wish. The beds are big and firm, about my only concern would be the pillows were too hard. Problem solved next morning though with a 5 minute walk to Kmart and an outlay of $5.00 to get a couple of softer ones. The most outstanding part of staying here though are the staff. For Shannon, our reception manager, Nothing is too much trouble. Shannon is a font of knowledge about Port Douglas and helped us plan trips, what to do and what to avoid. Shannon, thank you. Adults only is a big plus for us. So this is not the place for you if you have children. If you don't have a car, this is such a great location you don't need one, however there is parking available underneath the hotel. My only warning is that it is very cosy and I doubt you'd be able to manoeuvre a 4WD to get in or out , without risking some panel work. All in all a great place for adults to stay, with everything you need in a perfect location. I highly recommend Silkari The Pavilion.

Liked that it is close to everything. Maybe change towel when people stay a week, also the bin could be emptied. The spa was hard to step in when showering ,but I know you are going to change that .

Fantastic location right in the middle of town! Apar**ent was on the ground level so not much natural light but great space otherwise. Lovely little pool area and bbq to use as well. Walking distance to everything. Would recommend 😁

Was on the main st tho tucked away, i was kept updated via text from pavillions regarding payment, keys, directions to my room if i arrived whilst reception was unattended. The staff i had contact with were super friendly professional and helpful. I would definitely book there again. The hotel is also within walking distance of everything

we liked the location and the price was reasonable, people were friendly, however didnt find that the room was very clean. everything we touched needed proper cleaning. this includes the glasses, spoons and the bathroom could be cleaner and renovated. found that the small appar**ent was far too small (queen studio).
