"False advertising that this is a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel by North American standards. The hotel is in such disrepair- wallpaper peeling in the hallways, lamp shades broken in the bed room, stained carpet, pillows that appear to be from the Soviet era. The worst thing about it is that the staff don’t care - when I requested different pillows I was told they would be replaced with exactly the same thing. Sure, in the distance you can see the Black Sea, but it’s far from being on the beach (you have to cross a road and parking lot.). "

"I stayed her from June the 10th for a week, first time in Bulgaria. Location great hotel nice but spa facilities good but worst massage I ever had . Room not cleaned for week just left towels paid for breakfast was very minimal and restaurant staff not helpful if you asked for anything no help. Reception ladies were lovely and helpful. Near bus station and trips to Sunny Beach and Nesabar only 3 Euro"

"Het ontbijtmenu is neer in nb oude levs maar gefactureerd in euro € 13.65 voor Engels ontbijt en € 3.20 voor thee die ze zo lachen € 16.85 voor ontbijt met thee dubbel de prijs van het Britse/Ireland dan wanneer ik vraag om de manager te zien bij 10.30 wanneer iedereen gaat hij Hij is te druk.Kijk eens naar zaken die zo werkt, vermijd het best."

"We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"

"Dit hotel heeft helaas nog heel wat werkpunten. Hoewel het hotel over een privéstrand beschikt voor de all-inclusive gasten, is het erg jammer dat er geen strandbar is waar je gratis drankjes kunt halen. Dat hadden we wel verwacht. Ook de schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over. Het zand op ons balkon bleef de hele week liggen en werd nooit opgeruimd. Bij aankomst waren de drie flacons met zeep en shampoo in de badkamer allemaal leeg. Zelfs na drie dagen was dit nog steeds niet aangevuld. Pas nadat we dit twee keer aan de receptie hadden gemeld, werd er eindelijk iets aan gedaan. De kamers worden bovendien nauwelijks schoongemaakt. De lakens werden 2x ververst, maar we moesten het bed telkens zelf opnieuw opmaken. Het toilet en wastafel bleven ook onaangeroerd … Ook het handdoekensysteem is erg onpraktisch. Je kunt strandhanddoeken alleen tussen 10.00 en 12.00 uur omruilen. Is je handdoek later op de dag doorweekt of vol zand van het strand, dan heb je gewoon pech en moet je ermee verder tot de volgende dag. Tot slot was het zwembadwater erg koud, wat toch teleurstellend is tijdens het hoogseizoen. Al bij al zijn er nog heel wat verbeterpunten om het verblijf aangenamer te maken. Voor ons voelde dit alleszins niet als een echte 4- sterrenervaring."
