"Het is een heel algemeen hotel. Het was een van de meest luxe hotels in Pittsburgh, maar de glijping is nu zeer duidelijk. Er is weinig dienst, de telefoon binnen de kamer is slecht (om de kamer zelf te laten vallen), en de hygiëne is ook algemeen (het bed is zelfs vervuild). De binnenwinkel en het restaurant van het hotel zijn bijna gesloten. Wanneer we verblijven, valt er niets op. Het resultaat is dat een zo groot hotel niet is opgegeten (en er is nog een bar in bedrijf)! Ten slotte, als gevolg van het algemene ontwerp van dit hotel, zijn bijna alle basiskamervensters binnen (het venster is een muur aan de andere kant) en is het een beetje stil."

"We LOVED this hotel and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! Only downtown hotel with free parking we could find, which you use your room key to access. Room was SPOTLESS and honestly felt brand new! Bathroom was spacious and clean, and even the provided hair products worked really well for me. Staff were super kind and efficient. Bed was comfy, breakfast the next morning was included and very good, with a decent amount of hot breakfast as well as pastries/cereals etc. We plan to have more trips to Pitt in the future and will definitely be staying here again, no questions! Felt so much nicer than a budget hotel… just wow!"

"The room was very nice, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation and parking, and it wasn't far from the city center. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. It was good value for money, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"The one-bedroom apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy, equipped with a refrigerator and a full set of kitchen utensils. Breakfast is plentiful, the restaurant is large, and outdoor dining is also available. The hotel has an excellent location, by the river, perfect for walks, and surrounded by various restaurants. Disadvantages: The room was only cleaned once during my three-night stay. The front desk staff were unhelpful at check-in; they wouldn't take my passport and had to show it to me myself."

"The location is great, there are many restaurants around and it's close to attractions. Parking is also convenient. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel. Self-parking costs $12 for one night. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and have good facilities. Very satisfied 👍"

"Pittsburgh is een echt prachtige stad om te bezoeken met zoveel te doen. Hotel Monaco is in het hart van het en een gemakkelijke wandeling naar de hop op hop van uw bus en sportvelden. De toerbus is bijzonder goed omdat het u tot 21 verschillende haltes / plaatsen in Pittsburgh zal nemen. Hotel Monaco is naast een uitstekende Italiaanse restaurant. De kamerservice was eten en snel aangekomen. De Biergarden op het dak en de gratis drankjes voor gasten van 5 tot 6 uur per dag zijn beide mooie touches. Ik kan niet aanbevelen een reis naar Pittsburgh hoog genoeg."

"Located on the University of Pittsburgh campus, about 1,500 meters from Carnegie Mellon University. Next to the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial. The hotel is good overall. Clean, no odor. The shower water is good, with great water pressure. The bedding is comfortable, and I got a good rest!"
