需要酒店一個失物招領的郵箱，當發現東西丟了的時候，與酒店打過幾次電話，有位女士留了郵箱，但是發了兩次郵件到現在都沒有回覆，希望能提供個官方的郵箱想嘗試看能不能找到

I was disappointed that they didn't have a swimming pool, even though Google said they did. Checking in at first was very disheartening with one of their staff members, however when I received assurance from another staff member, checking in was a breeze.

Got an executive suite. Obviously the room was recently renovated. Everything was in great condition and the bed was so comfortable.

I had an awful experience with ******* and this hotel. For the for days I was at the property I was charged twice. I spoke with three different managers and no one would rectify the situation.

This property is way overdue for a remodel. Standards seemed to slide during covid and haven’t rebounded. The restaurant in the hotel is nothing special but on the positive side there is a Starbucks and it has been cleaned up since the last time we were there.
