I booked two family rooms to be closer to Friendship Pass, but upon arrival, they said there were no rooms available and changed me to a standard room without refunding the difference. Their attitude was extremely poor; it was like they didn't care if I stayed or not. Because of the Spring Festival, rooms were scarce, and they resold rooms offline, making the reservation a lie. I booked a room with breakfast included, but I never received anything. The next morning at 9:57, after contacting various parties, I finally got the meal ticket, only to find the restaurant wasn't even in the hotel. Breakfast ended at 10:00, and no one told me where it was. Including breakfast was a scam. There was no one at the front desk from check-in, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone. None of that mattered; the most important thing was the extremely poor service! It completely ruined my Spring Festival trip! Facilities: Outdated Cleanliness: Very poor, half a bottle of mineral water Environment: Small room with no room to move around Service: Very poor"
