憑祥維也納國際酒店真的很不錯，性價比很高，我們這時候淡季來人也少，房間很大，這個酒店房間設備各方面都很好，停車特別好，停在地下室非常安全，酒店硬件不錯，軟件也很好，保潔阿姨跟前台小妹都非常OK。謝謝。

這家維也納國際地處位置好，客房保持了品牌一貫的風格，寬敞明亮。客用品檔次一般，床品舒適度欠缺，沐浴水量水壓不錯，燈具和花灑夾壞，日常維保需跟進。網絡質量一般。沒有自助洗衣房，前台説如有需要可以提供洗衣服務，衹有早餐廳，沒有對外的零點餐廳。早餐一般。

酒店高端大氣上檔次，絕對值得！大堂明亮，前台接待服務周到、很nice。房間很大，設施齊全，還有貼心的洗衣服務體驗感很好！

酒店房間整潔寬敞、採光好，晚上睡覺也安靜。停車在樓下負二層，停車方便。挺喜歡早餐的蔬菜，粥也不錯，還有炒粉，廣西的芋頭😀。

酒店有地下停車場，去美食街需開車，早餐有米線。高速公路半小時到友誼關。

但願酒店客服——負責這塊的能認真看看評論！
1、加強培訓前台服務態度及應變能力
2、培訓業務板相關知識 例如：人多入住時如何不亂，有條不紊的辦理入住，且0錯誤率等！
建議原因如下：
當天辦理入住時和什麼途樂的一波人同時辦理入住，由於前台客人有點多，前台辦理時間慢且不説，前台辦理人員不分土豆青瓜以為都是一波的，就按照途樂一行人一起辦理，給了餐券➕房卡，我就回房間了，原本我定的確實沒有含早，但是服務人員給了我，我就以為酒店看我鉑金送的，回到房間後標間變成了雙拼大床，我就到了一樓要求換房，要求安排拆分的標間。耽誤了我的時間我的態度還是非常客氣的，可這個服務人員的態度明顯就是很不愉悦，我説早餐券要更換嗎？她看了訂單後，就把早餐券回收，説你沒有含早餐，我就回答對啊，她就問我不是和途樂一起的嗎？what？客服人員沒有審閲好訂單，多給了餐券，還跟我一臉生氣的樣子，是幹啥？被前面的客人大聲訓斥了，辦事效率差，還搞不清楚單間幾間，標間幾人住的問題？被大聲吼了，這氣是撒在我這裏了？我想小姑娘工作不容易就算了，趕時間先回房，住2個晚上後第三天一早要走了，退房卡時，被一位男前台説，您的房卡是還有一張在房間嗎？説當時制定了2張，我簡直無語到透頂了，又不知道哪個熊前台又搞錯房間，我還對天發誓就1張卡，從未辦理過2張！這麼烏龍的事情！雖然我走了，但是這事情還是體現了操作人員的漏洞！這是第一次住維也納真是心領神會了。如果不是因為酒店離辦事中心近，絕對不會選擇！這從業人員的業務水平及處事能力太糟糕了！打了這麼多字，目的就一個！就是加強業務加強服務！

房間乾淨，位置優越，停車方便，下次還會選擇，前台小姐姐很熱情，有求必應哦。去友誼關很方便，吃東西在酒店對面很多。前台也會介紹哦。
