Nice place n great staff

Very clean and beautiful rooms!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Kind of run down. Only one towel, really no amenities. It was more like a hundred a night place or less, not pushing 200.

We order a room for 2 After 24 hours flight ,delays ,we arrived to the hotel and found out they gave us a single room!!! Small bed ,one towel Outrageous Since they were sold out ,from what they said , they were unable to give us a different room

Check in person behind security screen should have tipped me off (although she was fine). Main room light switch did not work. Nothing (e.g.shampoo, conditioner) except bar soap in bathroom. Missing closet doors. Full ashtrays outside and lots of smokers around the buildings. For $70 on the side of a freeway it would be bearable but for twice that much I expect better.

Overall the property had everything I needed for a 2-night stay. No dishes or cooking utensils were provided but kitchen appliances worked well. I would stay again.

Great location for food, gas, and to Peoria stadium. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room not as clean as could & should have been. Bathroom sink slow drain as it was full of cigarette butts. Plate of food had been left in microwave.

I had the longest almost hardest day in my life Was very overwhelmd tired n was short for my room. The gentleman working the desk that night was amazing. Couldnt of done a bettr job. He was calm low tone voice- patient- n willing 4 howevr could help- he closed my day correctly. Ty

The manager gave our room away without notice. fortunately, I called the night before to confirm and was told my selected room, reserved with my MasterCard, had been given away to another customer. I was SHOCKED!!! The manager was not available at that time so I requested a call back the following day...... I got NO RESPONSE. I've been traveling for business for over 40 years. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Stay away. .
