One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

本來打算進結斯溝定的這家，位於理小路上進溝非常方便，老闆熱情，下午到達五點多，詢問哪裡可看日照金山按照老闆指示順利開完進溝前的鋪裝路面看到了金山。晚餐店裡吃的銅鍋氂牛肉湯鍋還不錯的，如果不想自己開車可找老闆幫忙預訂越野車進溝，第二天我們怕高反放棄進溝。

The moment we left the Airbnb, we already missed it. We truly appreciate the amazing hospitality at Feeling Mountain—by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. ✨ Before arriving in the Siguniang Mountain area, the sweet meimei contacted us in advance to make sure we had the exact address of the homestay, since it’s located halfway up the mountain. Eventually, she picked us up in Siguniang town and even brought us to lunch before heading up. The homestay is located in a local village halfway up the mountain. The area is still developing, so it might seem a bit messy around the surroundings, but it didn’t affect the awesomeness of our stay at Feeling Mountain. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view, where we could see Mount Siguniang directly from our window. The room wasn’t super spacious, but it was sparkling clean and so cozy! (Not to mention the super comfortable bed!) We were always being fed by meimei, haha. We loved the warm teas and the apple passion fruit—so good! The BBQ dinner was great, and we got to enjoy it in the living room area with a view of the snow-covered mountains. There’s an adorable dog named Jiujiu (久久) and a cutie cat named Shiyi (十一)—we loved their company too. The photo with two dogs is from the lovely café nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where Jiujiu’s “girlfriend” lives, haha. Overall, the experience was superb, and we totally enjoyed our stay at Feeling Mountain Homestay. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again in the future! Stay healthy and happy always—until we meet again!

This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en attent en bood uitstekende service. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht, de kamers zijn schoon en netjes, de omgeving is comfortabel en er is uitzicht op de bergen. Taxi's zijn gemakkelijk beschikbaar en er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt. Ik kan een verblijf hier van harte aanbevelen!

Fair price, good location, good view, warm enough to take bath at 1-3 degree. The location is like 5 mins walk to Changping Valley (Shuangqiao Valley is on the other side, which is 8km away). Not many restaurant to eat in walking radius but the hotel serve food as well, not bad. Menu in Chinese. Owner speak a bit English, not gonna be easy conversation if it is too complex. Room is in good condition, modern bathroom with auto toilet and bathroom come with heating, clothes drying, light, air, etc. Floor heating is warm. Acceptable cleanliness. Breakfast come with the room for me and the noodle was good.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

The whole hotel and room looks beautiful and clean. However, we had 2 issues with it. We booked a non-smoking room and upon checking in we could smell a cigarette smell. While we thought the smell would go away/ we could get used to it (we are non-smokers), the cigarette smell was really strong. We spoke to the front desk and understood that the hotel was fully booked so we could not change room but we were so gaslighted by the front desk — she came into our room & said she could not smell ANYTHING but only air fresheners smells but cmon, it was 2 people smelling the same thing and my clothes reeked of smoke smell the next day when we moved to another hotel. It’s fine that the hotel was fully booked and we could not change room but this does not mean you should flatly turn down guests and insist on 0 cigarette smell. Rather, simply acknowledging it and performing service recovery could be sufficient. Due to this, we had a really bad stay. Also, hotel was not easy to find, the Google maps location showed that the hotel was at the road side but you have to go up a slope to find it, just FYI for guests.

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the employees. My sister was dizzy from being high up, and she was well taken care of by the hotel staffs. The room is clean, the atmosphere is great, the floor has a heater.

I love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!
