"Great location in pescara , 15min walk to town centre. Very boutique feel downstairs , Rooms were clean spacious only downside was the walls are thin . Staff especially Julia and Elanora were very helpful and friendly with always a smiley face . The restaurant has lot of character and great feel of warmth to it . Breakfast was always with great presentation . Meet our dietary requirements. Great at helping us organise day trips and restaurants."

"What an amazing find! We have been to Pescara many times and have tried different places. Enjoy Living will now be our regular place to stay. The host Luca was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had use of sunbeds at one of he beach clubs which is normally an extra expense for us, and for this we are truly grateful. There were plenty of options for breakfast in the morning, you just need to take a voucher to the place you choose. Very simple. Luca also gave us plenty of great choices to eat that we had not tried before on our previous visits. We had an early departure and Luca was kind enough to organize a taxi for us which helped us immensely as our Italian is very poor. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable. We had our own large patio to relax on, plus use of a kitchen if needed. Our trips to Pescara are always great, finding Enjoy Living has made it even better and we can't wait to stay here again"

"Het B&B is gezellig, in detail behandeld en gelegen in een zeer comfortabele locatie. De gastvrijheid van Janluca was uitzonderlijk: het maakte ons direct thuis voelen, altijd beschikbaar en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was een van de beste momenten van de dag, overvloedig, variabel en met zeer verse producten. Janluca is echt een super host: voorzichtig, voorzichtig en met uitstekende tips om het beste te leven in de buurt. We zullen zeker terug!"

"We had a fantastic stay there, it was a family trip, we were 6 adults. We all had separate bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a balcony with a great view. Via Firenze and Via Battisti is literally just around the corner. There you can enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a supermarket just downstairs and the beach is just 5 min walk. If you have a car you can park in the parking lot by the main station just a very short walk from the apartment. You can also rent just one room on a B&B basis and the hosts are really nice and helpful."
