Sono tornato dopo 9 anni e nel bene e nel male è rimasto uguale. La zona non è delle migliori ma strategica per muoversi in ogni direzione. Personale delizioso come sempre, unica pecca due mattine su due un capello nella frutta servita a colazione.

Tussen twee accomodaties in hadden we een hotel nodig, en voor onze dochters van 9 en 11 (en daarmee voor ons) was dit het einde. Het Choco-thema wordt in alle facetten doorgevoerd, of het nu de nachtlampjes zijn of de omlijsting van de deur. Faciliteiten zoals je bij een *** verwacht, extra kussens aanwezig, iets luidruchtige airco, ruime kamer. En een heerlijk rooftop-zwembad, fijn restaurant (zie andere recensie) en goed rooftop zwembad. Voldoende parkeerruimte en goed op de weg naar de parkeergarage bij het centrum om vanaf daar met roltrappen naar het echte centrum te gaan

We loved this hotel, willie Wanka land. 1 mile from train station, bus stop in the front of hotel. We used a bus to visit Perugia historical center, and train to visit the town of Assisi, very easy to move from town to town. Good size room, comfortable beds, very helpful front desk. Breakfast was chocolate haven, delicious. Servers made better. We recommend to families and anybody who loves chocolate.

Well the highlight Is the "isola dei golosi" on the first floor where brackfast is served, nevertheless hotel in general present well. Room are enough spacious and cleaned, staff is gently and available in case of needs. We requested the 1/2 stay treatment by using the restaurant inside the hotel.

Breakfast sugar overdose, for sure.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Perugia train station, but mind that the city center is 400mt elevated in relation to the hotel. I injured myself during the trip and had to move with crotches. This was a challenge, as Perugia is truly a hilly town. However, the hotel is very well connected by bus that takes you straight from the hotel door to several main squares of the city in 20 minutes.
The staff was very very kind, in particular the staff working at the breakfast station. If you have a crave for sugar, this hotel will satisfy your needs. It does need to catch up with vegan options though.
I found the room impeccably clean and cozy. Not the most sophisticated or contemporary, which I also do not enjoy. My bedroom was facing a road that gives access to the highway and still was rather quiet (in case you're noise sensitive consider asking for floor 2 or 3, facing backyard).
There are two supermarkets 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, in case you need them, as well as pharmacies.
All and all, a nice staying with a fair price.
I'm adding a photo of the swimming pool on the terrace (open until 19:30). Bring a cap if you want to dip.

If you’re a chocolate lover this is definitely your place- huge chocolate buffet with fondant, cakes , etc at breakfast; chocolate compliment at check-in; chocolate decorations everywhere. The hotel is 30-40 minutes walking to the historic center of Perugia - Up the hill, going down take 20 minutes. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, ticket could be purchased at reception. The rooms are clean spacious.
