"Here’s a polished version of your review: Nice and modern place with an extraordinary view and cool weather. I highly recommend staying here. However, since many of the facilities are fully digital, there can occasionally be issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which may cause the door lock system to malfunction and not open properly. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s an awful experience staying there! They gave me a room that has no hot water and the key isn’t working well. I requested changing room because in my booking it says there is garden view, they told me they can’t change it. I asked for refund, they said they can’t do refund neither! It’s wasting time of communication with them.  And the second nice the change me a room to 3rd floor, it was better, but at night they have power off!🥲 it’s location is bad too, there’s no view outside, if you expect to see some Mountain View, not possible! It’s a noisy street two sides! Their service people apparently are not professional trained! They would clean up your next door at 6am! That you can’t even get good rest there! And the price of the hotel is twice times higher that a good hotel in the center! I just think with that price, their room and service shouldn’t be so bad like that! It’s just very disappointing."

"In eerste instantie twijfelde ik of ik hier zou verblijven, maar het bleek boven verwachting te zijn. Het was een prettige ervaring om hier met kinderen te verblijven. De tent is ruim, vlakbij de badkamer, en de auto kan naast de tent parkeren. Gisteren had ik hem voor 362 euro geboekt, met een promotie op de aanvraag, ik had al ontbijt. Toen ik naar huis wilde, was het water in de badkamer gewoon warm. Ik dacht dat het niet warm kon zijn, maar toen ik naar huis wilde, was het water gewoon warm. Toen we de tent binnenkwamen, zaten er wat rupsen. Ik was een beetje verbaasd, maar het is een normale tent, maar misschien is het beter om het eerst te controleren voordat er gasten arriveren, ik ben bang dat ze er jeuk van krijgen. Over het algemeen is het oké, ik kom hier zeker terug als ik naar Ciwidey ga."
