Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Hanoi

Excellent Apartment is in a modern building on a complex of other modern towers, very nice. There are covenience stores, restaurants, gyms, bakery pharmacy all within a very short walking distance. There is also a mall nearby The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with a nice sofa and projector which you can cast to from your phone. It was spacious too. Lots of spaces to put luggage and big wardrobes for clothes. I felt at home here Also a washing machine which is invaluable if you are on a long holiday, and nice balcony where you can hang clothes to dry Host was very kind and helped with all my requests within minutes. The only downside was the particular apartment I stayed in overlooked a major junction and the road noise was high. But they have apartments on the other side of the of the building too, so just discuss with them if that's a major issue.

Stands out for its service from the check-in (much needed cold towel and drink on a hot day) to the meals (passionate sharing of Vietnamese delicacies) to the check-out (take home souvenir). The hotel spa is convenient, the restaurant Mia served delicious food, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful when we needed some medical assistance. Great location! Room was a bit dated and in need of touch-ups, and not sure if they have an eco-friendly policy on bedsheets change because mine didn't look like it was changed.

Excellent customer service from the staff. The location was prime and close to everything. Two minute walk away from the lake.  I had book for the deluxe room for the first two days they put me in a smaller room and then they said they were gonna upgrade me. Not sure if it was an upgrade or downgrade. The photos on the website showed that it was a stand in shower but the first two days I had a tub shower. Shower had a tiny bit of mold but this is nitpicking.  Other than the shower issue, everything went well. The staff is ultra friendly. Very nice, care about you. They know you by name and room number so it shows that they’re very tentative . I definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.  On the last note, the hotel that offered to book me a taxi to the airport, initially they quoted me 400,000 but I said grab was cheaper and then they quoted me 230,000 with discount. I couldn’t help me disappointed that I got quoted at the higher price first instead of just automatically giving me the discount. It would’ve definitely gave me a better impression.  I’m not sure if it was the language barrier and they did offer the discount, because I’m from South Vietnam and the dialect is different in the north. I just hope I’m wrong.

The hotel location is very perfect, and easy to go to anywhere in old quarter. I like stay in here cause easy to go to pub, eating place, spa, and so many shop and eateries in here. But the very important thing is cindy because she is friendly and care to us and to the people stay in here and every morning she come to breakfast area and coming to our table too in the breakfast time and asking what we need for breakfast and anything we need for breakfast and in the hotel and chit chat with us. Before we going to airport and she give us 2 gift of this coffee. All the staff in this hotel very help and friendly and room boy helps us to bring our luggage to lobby hotel. Only 1 things this hotel need to improve is the gym, cause the gym don't have many equipment for doing the gym. Everything is perfect, keep going with your service. We will come back again to this hotel when we come to hanoi again. Thanks you all staff and cindy and this hotel splendid premium hotel. 👍👍👍

Abit further away from old quarters but definitely safe here considering the ministry of defense is just right in front. Cleanliness can be improve as we found hair in the bath tub. The security uncles so kind, welcoming and helpful. He even reminded us of the weather at Sapa before our departure. The staff tho can be improved. We were there for 3 nights and didn’t see any hotel receptionist. Honestly if not of the security, we would have quite a bad experience here. Also suggest not to use sensor light at room corridor even though it’s for sustainability purpose. It’s so dark when the lift open and we got a shock the first time. All in all, it’s a great value for money honestly. Would come back again.

Voor die prijs was het prima! Het enige minpuntje was dat de douche in de badkamer kapot was en er water uit stroomde... Ook was onze kamer niet erg schoon. Maar de bedden waren erg comfortabel, het personeel was super behulpzaam en het ontbijt 's ochtends was het hoogtepunt.

What a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!

The hotel was clean and new. Look similar to what the photo show. Recommend to book.

Ik hield echt van de locatie van deze plek, omdat het dichtbij veel eet-, fruit- en groentekraampjes ligt. Ik vond het ook leuk dat het in de buurt van veel mini-winkels is waar ik dingen kan ophalen die ik nodig heb. De eigenaar is erg aardig en leent me dingen die ik nodig had. Ze is heel respectvol tegen mij en noemt mij meneer. Hotelmeisje was erg vriendelijk in de omgang. Ik vind het leuk dat er een draagbare convectiekachel was waarmee ik dingen kon koken. Ik vind het leuk dat er bestek, eetstokjes en borden zijn waarmee ik mijn eten kan eten. Zeer goede deal om de wasmachine te gebruiken, waar deze voor de eerste keer slechts 20.000 dong kost en gratis voor extra gebruik. Ik vond het leuk dat het dichtbij die grote Winmart-supermarkt was. Hotelkamer was erg schoon. Ik vond het leuk dat er een kleine ruimte was waar ik mijn kleren kan ophangen om te drogen, wat perfect was omdat het zich direct onder de airconditioning van de kamer boven bevond, waar het de warmte afgeeft waardoor het sneller droogt. Hotel heeft altijd een frisse, schone set handdoeken beschikbaar wanneer ik die nodig heb. Hotel heeft altijd toiletpapier beschikbaar wanneer ik het nodig heb. Het enige dat ik niet leuk vond, was dat er af en toe spinnen waren, waarvan ik er 2 moest doden. Ook had ik op mijn laatste dag te maken met een grote spin. Ik ben iemand die bang is voor spinnen. Ik kom misschien terug naar dit hotel in augustus, september of begin volgend jaar, wanneer ik terugkeer naar Hanoi in Vietnam en de situatie bij mij past.

I’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room
