Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff."

"Nice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again."

RRon SadzakThis is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

Iitsme2nyooMe and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

GGastgebruikerI booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

GGastgebruikerThe room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.

PPaulDSIt’s a budget hotel in the centre of Tacloban. You get what you pay for. We just wanted a cheap place to stop overnight for the airport (only a 10 minute drive). Served us well for the price.

AAljon M.I was planning to extend for another day, but I was informed that if the next booking isn't paid before the current one ends, the hotel staff will remove your belongings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make the payment in time because I wasn’t near the hotel and had no access to GCash as I was in the mountains.
Anyway, all the photos they shared are accurate — I really like it here! The place is very clean and feels brand new!

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.

AAnonieme gebruikerGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.
