"Dit hotel overtrof mijn verwachtingen. De kamer was schoon, ruim en goed onderhouden. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en begroette me altijd met een glimlach. De locatie is strategisch, dicht bij Kuantan City en het strand. Er zijn genoeg goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt, die een verscheidenheid aan lokale en internationale gerechten bieden. Het hotel biedt alle voorzieningen, wat zorgt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ik waardeerde de doordachte details zoals de sajadah in de tv-kast, waardoor het moslimvriendelijk is. De wifi-verbinding was stabiel en snel, wat perfect was voor werk en entertainment. De schoonmaak was efficiënt en hield de kamer tijdens mijn verblijf brandschoon. Parkeren was handig en gemakkelijk toegankelijk. De lobby van het hotel was gastvrij, met een aangename ambiance. Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel en probleemloos. Het bed was comfortabel, waardoor ik heerlijk kon slapen. De airconditioning werkte perfect, waardoor de kamer koel bleef. De badkamer was schoon, met een goede waterdruk en warm water. De toiletartikelen waren van goede kwaliteit. Het hotel had ook een gebedsruimte, wat een geweldige toevoeging was voor moslimgasten. Het ontbijt was redelijk, met een mix van lokale en continentale opties. Over het algemeen is dit hotel een geweldige keuze voor reizigers die op zoek zijn naar comfort, gemak en goede service. Ik zou hier in de toekomst zeker weer verblijven."

"I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat."

"The room was ok. But unloading luggage from the basement parking was a problem for elderly people like us. Need to climb up the stairs to lobby. No lift available"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better."

KK MART (hotel line), eco shop, 99 speedmart pon dkt lbh kurg 5 mnt naik train,mlm2 if korg feel nk mkn cendol can go down je ... Only if a visitor for OKU There is no facilities for that because they are at the level atas.Tv chanel has 2 sports & hangguk tv.Not much option. Aq x story sgt because it's not the type of tv. Aircond is cold ye, squeak aq feels like overnight. For those who are on a hotel budget can go to this hotel. Sorry gmbr x mbik pulak. Bg I'm worth it to this hotel"

"Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future."

"The exterior of the hotel appears quite old, but the rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. The main highlight of this hotel is the mini water park and swimming pool, which are a big hit with the kids. They had a great time, making it a fun and enjoyable stay for families."
