"Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay."

"The hotel is definitely not 5-star. Name of hotel added Marriott because of which I booked it. Please don't mislead people. I was inside the room, and outside, there was the noise of so many people and children. It was looking like I was staying in a fish market not 5 star hotel. I could not sleep in the afternoon. When I checked in the afternoon, the whole gallery on the 3rd floor was smelling. People have kept half-finished food on a plate outside their room. Please ask the hotel to teach people staying there some manners. The lift had so much water that someone might have used the swimming pool and then used the lift. In my room, the handwash and lotion box were empty, no plastic bags in the dustbin. Overall, there was a serious hygiene issue."

"The property is centrally located and easily accessible. It is close to the main market and railway station. It is opposite a decent restaurant which has good food in case you do not want to opt for hotel food. The hotel accommodated my request of early check-in, although it was a little slow to deliver. The place has ample parking space within the property. The breakfast options are decent but very indian based. However the buffet will be started only when there are sufficient guests, otherwise you will get options only what they try to push. You have to ask for things like breas and butter without buffet breakfast even though you have prepaid. Upon asking the staff why there is no buffet they will flatly say that this is how the hotel functions. There is staff mr. Suryakant who was especially rude and said you can give whatever review you want and this is how we are. This nonchalant attitude was the most put off. He would have f aught with me more if it was not for hotel executive mr. Dig-amber coming to intervene and apologize. He was the only saving grace throughout otherwise slow service as atleast hospitality was provided by him on a 10/10 rating. The hotel amenities are good. Rooms are decent in size but bathrooms are small and cramped. Staffing is inadequate during weekdays as they do not keep much staff if there is no bookings. It was annoying to keep asking for functional tv, room slippers, room freshener, pool towel and open up the pool bathroom. As there was no staff to help out quickly. However they took care of most requests. Just a tad slow. The pool is clean. There is a game room which is newly done and has all amenities. Good for larger groups. Stayed for 2 nights. Friday and saturday. The place is overall family friendly. I wouldn't personally stay again as i did not find the amenities upto mark as per the price of about 4. 5k per night. I have had better service at lower prices."
