A hidden cute boutique hotel that passes its prime but if maintenance is done properly... It will be a good GEM 💎 . Nearby to eateries and spa outlets. In a quiet street for which you will get a good night sleep. Food was great breakfast and restaurant But the toilet smell of sewage at time... And stain on sofa.. for which a reupholstered to a darker tone of color will do good

⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

Much love to stay at the hotel but i hope the hotel mgt try to reduce the smell of the room (smell like wet towel usable).

I stayed at Shakti Capsule Cihampelas in Bandung from May 11 to May 14, 2025. It was a great choice for my stay in the city. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier. The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!

Eigenlijk is de locatie heel goed.. de service is ook heel goed.. het eten is best goed.. het enige nadeel is dat de kleur van de handdoeken en kussenslopen niet meer wit zijn, en dat er een probleem was met de internetverbinding.

Hotelnya adem, lokasinya lumayan strategis. Untuk yang room Male ala bangunan panggung rumah adat Minahasa, dengan ranjang bertingkat. Kasur dan bantal lumayan empuk dan bersih. Halamannya penuh dengan pohon, bunga, dan tanaman lainnya, jadi adem dan sejuk. Meski kalau malam sepi, tapi tetep rame karena banyak yang stay. ***a jadul dan tradisional tapi tetep kece. Sayangnya air panas untuk mandi dan sabun/sampo/odol + sikat gigi serta handuk saya ga dapet. Gunakan voucher diskon biar hemat. Stay lagi dech pas kembali ke Bandung

the hotel is close to ciwalk mall, a beautiful and comfortable place. I am both with my child & this is the fourth time staying at this hotel. See you again in January, 2024.

Beoordeling: 3,5/5 Mijn verblijf was redelijk, hoewel er een paar verbeterpunten waren. Het hotel ligt op een handige locatie, dicht bij het openbaar vervoer en lokale attracties, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om de omgeving te verkennen. De omgeving was echter een beetje lawaaierig en ik kon 's nachts het verkeer vanuit mijn kamer horen. Het personeel was beleefd en behulpzaam, maar de service had sneller gekund, vooral tijdens het inchecken. Het duurde langer dan verwacht en er was wat verwarring over mijn boeking. Nadat het was opgelost, deed het personeel zijn best om de vertraging goed te maken. De kamer was schoon, maar vrij eenvoudig. Het bed was comfortabel genoeg, hoewel het meubilair en de inrichting ouderwets aanvoelden. Ik merkte ook dat de badkamer beter onderhouden moest worden, met wat versleten armaturen die vervangen konden worden. Het ontbijt was oké, met een redelijke verscheidenheid aan opties, hoewel niets opviel als bijzonder gedenkwaardig. Het zou leuk zijn geweest om meer verse keuzes en betere koffie te zien. De faciliteiten, waaronder het zwembad en de sportschool, waren functioneel, maar niets bijzonders. Het zwembadgebied zou meer zitplaatsen kunnen gebruiken en de fitnessapparatuur leek een beetje oud. Samenvattend biedt het een redelijke ervaring voor de prijs, maar met een paar upgrades en aandacht voor details zou het gemakkelijk kunnen verbeteren. Het is een acceptabele optie voor korte verblijven, maar voldoet mogelijk niet aan de verwachtingen voor een luxueuzere ervaring.
