Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌 Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение. Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍 Молодцы, желаю процветания этому эко отелю и чудесной семье! ❤️🤩👍 Рекомендую!💯

Een hotel dat de verwachtingen overtreft! Allereerst is het hotel erg groot, de lobby is buitengewoon en de faciliteiten zijn relatief compleet. De Balinese stijl is authentiek en het tuinlandschap is een weergave in drie stappen, met verrassingen in de veranderingen. Het zwembad, het strand en het restaurant zijn allemaal geweldig en het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het eten in het restaurant aan zee is OK, en de sfeer is supergoed. Er zijn openluchtfilms, bands en zonsondergangdansen. Het hotel heeft ook een theaterrestaurant. De avond dat we er verbleven was er een lokaal cultureel optreden + buffet houdt erg van dit soort culturele en artistieke activiteiten. De golven op het strand zijn erg groot. Er is veel zeewier, maar het kind speelt graag in de golven. Hij vindt het hier vooral leuk blijf zeker nog een paar dagen. Trouwens, er is Waterblow niet ver weg. Loop langs het strand en zie hoe de golven van dichtbij tegen de rotsen slaan.

Ik heb een lagunekamer geboekt met mijn beste vriend. De kamerfaciliteiten zijn goed en het balkon ligt direct naast het zwembad. In eerste instantie las ik online dat het zand op Bali niet fijn was en dat de Hilton-faciliteiten oud waren, dus ging ik met angst naar het hotel. Ons verblijf was zeer goed. De service was ook goed. Nadat we onze make-up hadden aangebracht en haast hadden om uit te gaan, lieten we ze allemaal rommelig op tafel liggen, maar de ober sorteerde ze en zette ze een voor een voor ons weg. I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

Het hotel is oké, de locatie is redelijk goed en er is een shuttle naar het restaurant en de winkels. Het bed in de kamer was oud en maakte een zacht geluid als je een beetje bewoog. De leidingen roken niet lekker en de spoeling was vrij zwak. Ik heb niet in het zwembad gezwommen, want dat was niet zo aantrekkelijk, maar de toegang tot het strand is erg fijn. Er zijn veel willekeurige mensen en boten op het strand, waardoor de lucht vervuild is en het moeilijk is om adem te halen.

Een perfect verblijf. Hotelcomplex is groot en ruim. De service is bij iedereen uitstekend, van de bewakers die de auto scannen op verdachte apparaten tot de portier, de receptie en de serveerster. Zelfs de manager kwam u tijdens het ontbijt begroeten om uw eventuele feedback te horen. Het hotel ligt aan een strand, dus het is echt goed als u uw eigen exclusieve strand wilt. Het zwembad is geweldig, groot en mooi ontworpen. Er is ook een fitnessruimte en een kinderkamer. Voor de lunch in het laagseizoen bieden ze zelfs een gratis kindermaaltijd aan als je een vaste maaltijd voor volwassenen bestelt in hun restaurant, dat redelijk geprijsd is. Als je uit eten wilt gaan, verlaat je het hotel en sla je rechtsaf. Er zijn een aantal geweldige restaurants tegen redelijke prijzen. Het is inderdaad een 5-sterrenhotel met 5-sterrenvoorzieningen en 10-sterrenservice. Best!

Bedankt Aston voor het upgraden van onze kamer naar een familiekamer, met een aparte woonkamer, mijn ouders waren erg blij. Dit oude hotel, dat ooit glorieus was, wordt momenteel voortdurend verbeterd en verfraaid. In eerste instantie sceptisch, maar toen ik incheckte veranderde alles 180. Schone, geurige, grote kamer. For those who enjoy staying active, the resort has a fully equipped gym, and a variety of water sports activities are available on the beach, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Dining Experience Dining at The Oceanview Resort was an absolute highlight. The resort offers several dining options, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day.
