Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Located in a quite business area. MTR station and some site-seeing spots are within walking distance (around 10-20 minutes) which is good for a leisure walk. The hotel is well-equipped. Have not tried the restaurants as there are many good food in the community. There is a 24-H self-service laundry shop nearby which is clean and convenient.

Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

More for budget travellers, it's a decent stay for that price however cleanliness of the room was undesirable with dormant dust lingering since the moment we stepped in and persisted after a request to make up the rooms. Overall location was great but the room, bed and environment makes one very very itchy. Room is quite small but at least there is a communal area for eating takeout.

I was quite surprised that our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. This is definitely a plus point as it gave us time to rest especially travelling up from Taipei with 2 kids with us. Overall, Im quite pleased with everything provided during the stay. Thank you!

Het is ongeveer 10-15mins wandelen Taichung Railway Station. Het hotel ligt in het centrale district van Taichung (gebouwen zijn ouder hier), maar het hotel zelf ziet er vrij nieuw en modern uit. Het is comfortabel gelegen in de buurt van veel voedselopties, en de Taichung Second Market en Miyahara is slechts ongeveer 5-10mins wandelen. De kamer is schoon en ruime. Het heeft ook een mooi modern design. De basisfaciliteiten zoals shampoo, douchegel, lotion en haardroger zijn voorzien. Kan niet vinden lokale kanalen op de TV, maar u kunt apps zoals netflix en youtube gebruiken. Het hotel biedt ook een complimentair ontbijt, theetijd (als ik me goed herinner) en diner. Het ras is aanvaardbaar aangezien dit geen groot hotel is. Voorts is het eten fatsoenlijk. Voor het ontbijt was er een mini salade bar, een porrridge station, verschillende stoomgewassen, toastjes. Voor het diner waren er gebraden gemalen vleesrijst en zijdijen, soep, DIY noodle station, stoomgewassen, toastjes, DIY beancuurt station, een paar snacks/tidbits. Er zijn ook desserts met rode/groene boonsoep, dranken en ijscream. Een kleine hipcup - een valse brandalarm werd op 4 uur in een van de nachten uitgeschakeld die alleen de hogere vloeren van 9e winkel en boven beïnvloed. De gasten in onze winkel wisten niet of de lift werkt of veilig te gebruiken en we eindigden op de trap te klimmen, alleen om later te ontdekken dat er geen echte brand was. De getroffen gasten wachtten ongeveer 30 minuten in de lounge terwijl de alarm nog steeds belde. De brandweerlieden kwamen eindelijk en de alarm uit. Het hotel verontschuldigde zich voor de ongemakken door een bericht in de lift te plaatsen en geïnformeerd de gasten om te bereiken als er vragen zijn. Het zou fijn zijn als het hotel de getroffen gasten directer kan betrekken en mogelijkheden biedt om een soort compensatie te bieden als service terugbetaling. Maar toch, nog steeds een aangenaam verblijf in het algemeen!

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is within 5mins walking distance to Family Mart, different eateries and bus-stops. It is also within 15mins walking distance to Yizhong Street. The only possible negative I can think about is that you will have to shower in the bath tub (there's no separate showering area outside of the tub), which may not be suitable for elderlies. Other than that, we really loved the relaxing ambience of the hotel. Would recommend.

Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier. But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm. Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in. On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.

Families with kids and elderly book 2 double bed quadruple. Room is clean, bed is.comfortable. kids is happy with the jacuzzi. The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok. Overall is a nice stay.

Ik verbleef hier een paar dagen voor werk. De kamer was klein, maar had alles. Het warme water was heet genoeg. Hoewel er sporen van brandplekken van sigaretten op de vloer waren, was er geen sigarettengeur in de kamer muffe geur in de kast. De dame aan de balie was vriendelijk en aardig. Het allerbelangrijkste: de parkeerplaats is enorm en het is vlak naast de deur zonder ver te hoeven lopen. Er is niets te eten in de buurt en u bereikt een levendige plaats in 15 minuten lopen. Het bijgevoegde ontbijt bestaat uit een eenvoudige toast- of eierpannenkoek en een drankje in een typisch ontbijtrestaurant, maar voor deze prijs en met een parkeerplaats en een kamer valt het mee. Er valt niet veel anders te vragen bij het ontbijt? Ik ben bereid om opnieuw te bezoeken.
