Als er een baby is voor het ontbijt, wordt er kinderservies klaargemaakt voor de baby, die zeer attent is. De kamer was versierd en er werd de eerste avond een klein kaartje gegeven voor mijn verjaardag. Ik weet niet welk personeelslid de wenskaart heeft geschreven. "一切都還算滿意，房間也很大挺乾淨，就是有點老舊。不足的是，12點多了，兩個前台辦理入住等了半小時，前面也就一位客人，我在辦理的時候也弄了半天，一邊幫我辦理，一邊還接客房服務電話那種，還有跟外賣員説話之類的，感覺很不專業，這種瑣碎事情保安不能做嗎？客房送東西，沒有客房部嗎？已經趕路大半夜了，感覺前台入住就耽誤這麼久，有點不舒服，而且前台也不會説抱歉之類的話。"

"Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park."

I stayed in the Zhuangyuanlou wing which is on a higher ground of the village. The view there is absolutely fabulous as it overlooked the village and the mountains, exactly as depicted in the property photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is located inside the village and you have to buy the entry ticket, but it was very cheap. It will be difficult to locate the place within the village; it is better if you ask the security guard at the entrance to call the owner of Caiyuanli to fetch you. The room is well designed with a zen vibe, very apt for such a tranquil scenic village. The in-room amenities are modern and new. I would definitely stay here if I visit the village again.

Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

滿分入住體驗，細節裏全是温暖！前台服務必須重點誇讚！工作人員全程面帶微笑，辦理入住效率高主動幫忙提行李，還耐心解答了我關於永安小吃和出行旅遊路線問題。 客房環境更是驚喜。房間乾淨整潔無異味，裝修風格簡約，床品柔軟舒適，房間設施齊全，熱水充足，讓人感覺家的温馨。 早餐的品質完全超出預期。種類豐富多樣，中西式搭配合理，既有本地特色小吃，也有新鮮的蔬果和現做主食，食材新鮮，味道可口。最讓人感動的是深夜粥品服務。一碗温熱細膩的紅豆湯，離店還可以有免費水提供，每一次細節都透着用心，這份意料之外的温柔，堪比酒店業的“胖東來”。下次再來這座城市，一定還選這裏！

The hotel is super beautiful. All new and clean. Hotel stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. A lot of parking space outside. Rooms are big, comfortable and well-designed. It had all the necessary amenities. There was a great choice of movies and TV series in English free of charge. Breakfast was delicious as well, many choices of not only Chinese dishes, but als western food. We really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends.

We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

每次回寧化老家，首選都是天鵝國際大酒店。位置方便，離家近，停車也方便。房間乾淨舒服，床睡得踏實，像回家一樣安心。前台和服務員都很熱情，態度温和，讓人覺得很親切。早餐種類多，還有家鄉味道，吃得很滿足。整體環境安靜又體面，探親住這裏真的太合適了，五星推薦！

離萬達廣場很近出門就是馬路，過了馬路就是萬達，步行大約2分鐘。距離籃球館有點兒遠大概1.3km，走路的話大概10分鐘多點兒。衞生還可以，整體挺乾淨的，偶爾床單會有污漬。裝修風格還有環境都非常好，設施也很齊全，就是我那個房間的淋浴頭有點壞，基本沒辦法固定，已經鬆了，其他方面都還不錯，性價比挺高
