I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Five minutes from West Railway station and Yellow metro line. Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. No street map but metro map available at front desk. A system of colored tags with destination in Chinese for taxi handy. For some reason no bar fridge. Lots of small restaurants close by. Shuttle service provided to rail station.

The hotel provides free airport pick up service. The room is clean and comfortable. The reception is friendly and pleasant to help. The room only misses a fridge. The breakfast is good enough especially the rice noodles.

It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below).
