"Though the hotel should have a lot to offer they choose to do so in a very limited way. The indoor pool was closed , despite it still being over 30 degrees weather . The spa opens very late not until 2pm, and closes by 9. The outdoor pool is in the spa area so not being able access either indoor or outdoor pool until 2pm, in very hot weather was not good. On the plus side the reception staff are very helpful and tried their best to help me and my family with any questions we had."
