"Nice hotel very close to the fanjingshan gates — you just walk in there. It has nice nature-view rooms, decent restaurant, well-maintained territory. However, to me there's not much else to do there other than go to Fanjingshan. For this particular purpose the hotel is perfect and super nice, but I wont come there just to stay (but its more about me, this is the case with most hotels for me)"

"De kamer is super luxe, intelligent, zeer comfortabel, een mooi verblijf, de deur is duizend, de winkel biedt ontbijt, de baas is prachtig, hartelijk, de keuken is geweldig, het verblijf is comfortabel, eten en plezier, het spelen is leuk, de kinderen gingen de dag naar de Grand Canyon, de indoor kleren werden gewassen in de winkel, Dan kan ik direct koken, de hele cyclus is geholpen door de baas. Haar huis wasmachine en koekmachine zijn te krachtig. Ik heb sterk aanbevolen om haar huis te bewaren. De baas rijdt morgen naar de poort van het landschap en hij is ook ingewikkeld om alle aandacht te besteden!"

From the moment we arrived, the kind and handsome staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and even upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with stunning views. He also surprised us with some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. "This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The attention to detail and the warm service made it feel extremely special and comfortable. The garden and the rooms are super beautiful with so much attention to detail. It felt like a sacred, holy place with its temple, library and tea room as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot with planning our trip. The drive us to the Fanjing Mountain and also organized a driver to pick us up in Tongren when we came and a driver to drive us to Fenghuang the day we left. Also they had amazing foods and although we are vegetarians and don’t eat meat they had plenty of options. We were lucky to meet a master (teacher) of Buddhism and his student (a tea master who was learning about Buddhism from him). They also made this trip very special since we got invited to traditional tea ceremonies and were able to listen to the singing of prayers and traditional Chinese instruments they played for us. This hotel is the perfect place for these sort of guests and it’s perfect if you want a relaxing meditative Chinese experience. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful as well and perfect for going on a walk to explore a little. We hope we will be able to come again in the future."

The people working at the hotel were more than helpfull with us and for the first time in our 10 days in china they spoke a bit of English, which made our accommodation even easier! "We went birding along the river right in front of the hotel. We scored lifers including the gray treepie, brown breasted bulbul and the crested king fisher. The river was also teeming with brown dippers, wagtails, asian tits, plumbeous redstarts, and collared finchbills. On the mountain, we saw the redbilled leiothrix and the omnipresent Elliot's laughingtheush. The hotel staff also taught us how to use ** to get great dining deals. It was a life changing moment. Btw, all the good things other revierwers said are true. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in."

It was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around. We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023. 房间干净偏大，负有摩登设施。 民宿里也有电梯，无需扛大行李上楼。 我们住得舒适也吃得好。 推荐！

First of all, I would like to compliment the lady boss, Ms. Chen and Madam Liu for their thoughtfulness, hospitality and kindness during our 2 nights stay in the homestay. We were allocated 2 room units at level 5 for a 2 x double bed size and 1 x queen bed size for my family. The homestay had installed a lift to provide the guests easy access to their allocated room unit without carrying heavy luggage bags up to the upper level which I discovered other homestay units don't provide such facilities. The staff are most helpful and always there to provide assistance in particular when I need to clean my dirty laundry, the owner offered their assistance to help with laundry service and dry out hanging while we can go for our mountain outing at ease. Also, they took an initiative to prepare the necessary personal items like a walking stick and rain coat before you set off to the mountain trekking to save us from unnecessary spending of such expenses. Such a kind gesture is appreciated as the items may be a one time usage. Overall, our stay was extremely wonderful and satisfying which I personally recommend huanlin guesthouse and I will definitely reserve the same guesthouse should I will made a visit to Fanjinshan again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Stay Near Fanjingshan I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fanjingshan. The location is excellent, situated right at the foot of the mountain and very close to the entrance of the scenic area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food or anything you might need during your stay. The room was spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, from the TV and heater to the hot water and bed. It genuinely felt like a home away from home after a long day of hiking. What made the stay especially memorable was the owner. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. She owns a restaurant nearby, and whenever I ordered food, it was conveniently brought up to my room. She also offered snacks, gave useful local advice and helped arrange transportation for my onward journey after Fanjingshan, which was a huge help as a foreign traveller. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms and genuine hospitality made this one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Fanjingshan.

I want to give 10 stars to this excellent and awesome hotel. Can? Firstly it is new, it is clean and check in was a breeze. it is close to East Gate mountain. The hotel staff will give you direction. They will introduce a restaurant the food is delicious and a surprise 20% discount awaits me unexpectedly which is so cool. The bed is very comfortable and the room lightning is very soothing. Shower is strong and the laundry is welcoming. Having said all that what I find most amazing are the 3 hotel receptionists Ms fu, Ms Yang and Ms Xu. Beyond my expectation these 3 young ladies performed their duties beyond my expectation. They will assist you with all means, sincerely and with the greatest attitude. Heck, Ms Fu even help to order meals for me! That you find sometime is lacking even in 5 star hotel. My 2 night stay is extended because of their kindness to make my venture at 梵净山 much more memorable. I can't ask for more. So their hospitality must be acknowledged with the greatest gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you ✊✊✊

A hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area. Special thanks to the wonderful customers service team and Lin and Liping for their hospitality.

房間佈置的很温馨，衞生也很好，最值得誇獎的是酒店的服務很好，用品很齊全，我修眉毛不小心手上颳了一個口子，打電話給前台，前台立馬就給送了創可貼和碘伏棉簽，入住期間還給送了小零食，前台小妹妹看我們剛爬山下來，還給我們送了木桶泡腳，點贊，早餐的米粉也很好吃，如果下次有機會還來的話，我一定還會選擇這裏！

Al realizar el checkin nos quisieron cobrar 100 yuanes como depósito, cuando con el registro de trip no estaba en las condiciones. Contactamos con el equipo de soporte técnico de trip y lo solventaron. Por el resto, todo bien. Nos ha gustado mucho el lugar, siendo una buena localización para ir a las montañas de Fanjing y también recomendamos el dejarse perder por el pueblo.

This was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us. When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller.. I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)
