"Wonderful hotel! We stayed in the Glacier Castle section of the hotel. Our room was a polar bear theme, which was a sea view room. When the tv comes on there is a welcome greeting saying our names. Enjoyed seeing the sun setting. Map of location of hotel on the island and map of hotel included here.  The breakfast buffet was amazing. A large variety of food for breakfast.  Ate supper at the supper buffet one night. Expensive for us, but had all types of food including the hot pot at our table. So yummy! The restaurant staff very nice! The hotel staff was friendly and probably a little shocked seeing Americans, but they smiled and greeted us. Pulled out the phone to translate when we checked in. We are used to doing that, too.😁 We received a welcome gift our first night, too.  If you are planning to visit the part of Hainan, we highly recommend The Castle Hotel!"

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"De hardwarefaciliteiten van het Hilton Hotel zijn bevredigend. Er reizen niet veel gasten tijdens de daluren, wat het comfortabeler maakt. Het personeel is enthousiast in hun service. Toen we incheckten, heeft de knappe man bij de receptie, Jeremy, onze kamer opgewaardeerd, voor de ouderen en kinderen gezorgd en onze uitchecktijd verlengd omdat de trein te laat was. Leo, de chauffeur van de conciërge-shuttlebus, biedt warme en attente service, waardoor mensen zich thuis voelen. Het ontbijt is rijk aan eten, zowel Chinees als Westers, en de bediening van ober Jenny is geduldig en attent. Er zijn veel gasten met kinderen. Het zou fijn zijn als het kinderparadijs meer activiteiten biedt."

"因為公司在白馬井有項目，這次住了三晚。首先交通很便利，就在中心大道主幹道旁，打車去洋浦經濟開發區也就15分鐘。酒店大堂寬敞明亮，前台辦理入住很迅速。房間比想象中大，辦公桌夠寬敞，網絡穩定，晚上視頻會議沒卡頓。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高低兩種可選，對頸椎很友好。隔音效果不錯，雖然臨街但關上窗基本聽不到噪音。樓下有免費停車場，對自駕商務客很友好。性價比很高，下次出差還會選擇這裏。"

"Ik had deze plek graag een betere rating gegeven, omdat de hulp snel was wanneer ik het nodig had en het appartement was echt mooi ingericht. Het was echter niet schoon, de wasmachine was niet in goede staat, de koelkast smelte echt slecht aan het begin, en de douchehoofd was gebroken (ze vervangden de douchehoofd echter). Ik kreeg ook geen sleutelkaart of code om de hoofdingang in het gebouw te openen en de beveiligingspersoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het laten van de sleutel-minder gasten in meestal te lang om de deur te openen. Eens moest ik 6 keer bellen voordat de deur werd geopend. Hainan is een geweldige plek en ik zou zeker weer daar gaan... maar eerlijk gezegd, ik zou waarschijnlijk niet meer in deze appartement blijven... ik realiseerde me ook niet dat het meer was als een Airbnb situatie dan een hotel. Ik heb pas na het boeken van het appartement ontdekt dat ik een deposito moet betalen en alleen met iemand via WeChat kan communiceren omdat er geen front desk is."

"The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance."

"Over het algemeen is het goed! Het is tenslotte pas geopend! Het ontbijt was over het algemeen erg goed en schoon! Het bestek was geweldig! Er zijn ook koffiezetapparaten aanwezig! Het meest bevredigende is de sportschool! Een complete set gloednieuwe startrac-uitrusting! Het is echter geen high-end product! Maar het werkt! Ik zie Xingchi ook vaak als ik op zakenreis ben in San Francisco! De westkust is populair! En de nieuwstaat is nog steeds geweldig! De krachtzone van Nautilius is ook behoorlijk standaard! Maar de wasmachines zijn niet zo geweldig! Haier kan nog steeds geen commerciële machines gebruiken! De vergaderruimte is zo rommelig dat ik vermoed dat er kussens op zitten die een vergadering vasthouden! De buitentuin is te oppervlakkig! Er is totaal geen sprake van romantiek! Het past niet bij het concept van een tuin! Ik vind dat de baas erg gierig is als het om beleggen gaat! Maar de sportschool en het ontbijt zijn prima! De kamer was ook prima! Het zou nog beter zijn om tijdens het Lentefestival enkele activiteiten te organiseren!"
