"Ik vind het ontwerp heel geweldig. Ik kwam hier in de winter, het is goed, vrij koud. De locatie voor andere aranya attracties zijn niet op wandelbare afstand, maar u kunt altijd gratis onbeperkte ritten direct naar de locatie met het hotelpersoneel. Het hele concept van Aranya is bijzonder. Oké, de hal is cool en mooi. Ik heb de party kamer gereserveerd die gemakkelijk geschikt is voor 8 personen. Scenario is niets, maar het is comfortabel, als je meer dan vier mensen blijven, herinner je om meer handdoeken voor douche te vragen, slechts 1 toilet beschikbaar. Pas op je hoofd, iedereen klopte op hun hoofden toen hij naar bed ging zoals in de foto. De warmer is super efficiënt... we zweten in de winter im kamer."

"訂的家庭房，春節期間沒有早餐，入住當天回去比較晚，酒店沒有確認電話，弄的比較含糊，致電過去後被反問您不是定了嗎？感覺自己很多此一舉，極少數碰到較晚入住酒店不打電話確認的情況……入住後致電前台需要送一床被子被告知沒有，過程不算順暢，最後也能解決了，那為什麼不愉快的直接解決呢……熱水器是電的，噴頭水比較小……房間裏有大冰箱和不知道能不能用的灶台……洗漱用品比較簡陋，室外也比較荒涼，如果不是為了能離朋友的 酒近點應該不會xuanze下一次入住 ……對，酒店的停車場回去晚停車位不太好找 設施 服務 ＜暖冬限定＞自助暖心大麥茶"

"It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality. Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t! In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!"

"Leuke verblijf, er zijn veel activiteiten die u kunt doen in het resort( warme lente, games, live shows) en nog veel meer. Het personeel ging naar buiten om ervoor te zorgen dat we onszelf genoten, Jay de leidinggevende was erg handig, hij zou vertellen over de gebeurtenissen die die dag gebeurden en zelfs ons daar brengen. Het was een geweldige ervaring dat we zelfs onze verblijf verlengde omdat er zo veel te doen ❤️. Ik beveel dit hotel. Er is een Western restaurant en Bar en het heeft een zeezicht."

A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water."

"很新的酒店，酒店距離阿那亞衹有15分車程，很方便，重點是新酒店，床品很舒適，而且房間也非常乾淨，智能電熱馬桶，淋浴的水流大，很滿意的一次入住～服務上也非常的收到，我備註加一床被子，到房間也都加好了，很貼心～早餐還算過的去吧吧，畢竟淡季這個價位也不能要求太多～早上一碗餛燉熱熱的很不錯～總之滿意！"

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and evenings spent with a beer in the balcony jacuzzi were absolutely perfect! The special experience of interacting with deer and alpacas every morning was incredibly healing. The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable! It was a flawless resort experience. Highly recommended!

NNannanlaopo一直知道犬舍是阿那亞網紅酒店之一！這次帶了四衹小傢伙來阿那亞度假！其實一開始定的時候有點心裏沒底！沒想到酒店各方面都超出預期太多太多！房間很大，貓咪特別喜歡這種loft房型，可以自由爬樓梯，他們肉眼可見的開心，這個就是帶他們出來玩的意義啦。衞生也很不錯，角角落落都很乾凈，貓咪就像檢測員，每個角落他們都會查看到的，養貓的都懂，哈哈哈！洗澡水很大很爽，不是那種電熱水器，水温不會忽高忽低，酒店送了旅拍，我們貓咪膽子小就下次吧，還送了大禮包，裏面有餐包和玩具，貓咪很喜歡那個逗貓棒，我們皮厚的要了兩個，酒店沒有二話就給了，真的要點贊，離海邊非常非常近，我們早上去看了日出🌅，因為近，才不至於被凍死，哈哈哈，三月的阿那亞還是很冷的，感謝管家李李和小任的服務，下次來阿那亞首選犬舍，希望有毛孩子的家長都來體驗，絕對不會失望噠！！！

快快了小酒窝Absolutely wonderful stay here, especially a treat for birthday, u can choose either a cake or room celebration decor and I received a beautiful 8inch cake. Wake up to sunrise without heading out. It’s a pity it was cloudy on the first night. Nevertheless, staff are generally responsive and prompt in all requests and on call transport to any areas i wished to visit in the community. Superb customer service. They were even so sweet to provider pads for the cold weather as i booked their free photography service that came with room package. Few min ride to famous photo spots and Manner and Bar Lotus cafe just next door. Will definitely return for a visit and recommend to my friends

RRejTService was impeccable. The hotel was right in front of the beach and offered amazing views to all, not just to high paying customers for certain rooms. The architecture is artful and the rooms simple but beautiful. The food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel shuttles were extremely convenient to book. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Aranya. Worth it

AAnonieme gebruikerSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.
