Where to start??? From the moment we arrived we felt like a special guest staff came out to taxi to greet us got luggage out of car etc that’s where it began! We have stayed in lots of 5 ⭐️ hotels around the world including the Atlantis on the palm in dubia and we have never felt this kind of personal & welcoming feeling before. We were in a room on the 5th floor but at 3am in the morn on way to airport to haldiki Hubbie tripped down last few stairs at home & broke his toe! We asked to change to bungalow and it took a couple of days but the manager was so kind and did this for us free of charge or we could have paid extra to use hl lounge but we decided not to and to be honest glad we didn’t. It was coming to the end of season & we drunk them out of Moët Chandon which is our guilty pleasure on hol. The bar & restaurant manager was so friendly he went out and got us more. We got a fruit platter every time we ordered a bottle very nice touch! Even treat ourselves to a dom perignon I know it’s 5 star but the price of champagne and drink is highly overpriced 160 euro for moet and 600 for dom yet in town moet was around 80 euro and 40 euro in supermarket. What we saved in hls we spent and more in champas!! Beds were so comfy and linen was amazing the cleaning staff couldn’t be faulted. Nikos was so friendly and helpful in fact all staff were the made the time to speak to you. Loved the fragrance machines puffing out a gorgeous smell all day. The sea was a gorgeous colour hard to get in and out gracefully due to shingle & stones but so worth it. Sadly pool was just too cold to get into⛄️. Pool towels are a plenty no problem to how many and how often you change them. Topos restaurant was fab girls all lovely! Food in restaurant was good like some others have said maybe room for improvement my opinions are 1. The toaster😡 2. Lack of English breakfast tea. No teaspoons little milk jugs. The fresh orange machine always had a long ques little things the egg station being outside but maybe in refurb will be addressed. I’m personally not a cat person but hainioti has tons of them hotel has a few so on grass in front of bungalow there’s a few cat poops be careful when walking! Think her name is Stella the wine somlier lady was lovely. All staff were chatting to some they were not sure if they would be re- hired after refurb! Hope it’s not due to going for a glamorous looking crew with no personality. Please keep staff you have as they are amazing and aesthetics aren’t everything. Hope to go back next year to see changes but all I can say is don’t hesitate to book this wonderful hotel. Management first class

Beautiful 5 star resort 1,5h from Thessaloniki Airport. Went there in off season, so it was a bit more quiet :-) big rooms, cozy beds, all kinds of soft or supporting pillows. Amazing buffet mornings and evenings with breathtaking variety and absolutely delicious dishes in perfect cleanliness and style. Super soft towels. Amazing pools, super clean beach. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s surely helpful to have a car if you want to explore the surroundings, if not there’s a free transfer included from the airport. Beautiful, big resort, top cleanliness and service. Own app for better overview (sports, entertainment, etc). You can even place your extra wishes (e.g. house keeping) over WhatsApp. Very modern design, rooms in soft beach’s colours. If anything was disturbing, then it has been the majority of the guests wasting this delicious food disrespectful without a thought in big style. What a shame. No minus point for the resort though :-)))

The location of the hotel is great, as you walk out of th rear of the hotel straight onto the shingle beach. There were plenty of sunbeds available still at noon and should they all be used/reserved, then there were plentry stacked up on the sides, so you could grab one and plop it on the beach somehere. You could etiher pop up to the pool bar to get drinks or there were staff wondering through the beds and you could order them straight to your bed. The sea was crystal clear, but beach/sea shoes are advised due to the pebbles/rocks underfoot. There was a watersports hut next door on the beach, where you could hire boats, paddleboards, donots, jet ski's etc. We cannot comment on the pool as we did ot use it, as looked a tad shady for us and we would prefer the sea. The hotel is a 10 min walk (slightly longer for us as I walk very slow) to the village. We were expecting a small village judging previous reviews, but IMO it was a small town rather than village. It had plenty of shops, places to eat and drink and really came alive after 6pm. The staff at the hotel are amazing and so hard working and go out of their way to to help. The pool/beach towel hire service was great and saved on additional luggage. Just a 10 euro deposit per towel and returned upon leaving. YOu could change the towels as often as you liked. The grounds of the hotel were lovely as was the Reception area. Ok, now the not so good bits.......... It is NOT 5 star! We wanted location (which we got) and luxury (which we did not get). I have stayed in Greece before and it was on par with a 3 star hotel, definately not a 4 or above. The reasons I state this is that the hotel website boasts it has a spa, nightclub and is ultra all inclusive. Neither of these is correct. There is no spa or nightclub and definately not ultra all inclusive. The mini bar in room was only filled with alcohlic drinks one (which I had to ask twice for on arrival), the snacks were only cake/bread, not good if you are gluten and sugar intolerant like myself, there was no frut on offer as snacks, only at main meal times and the hotel make it clear that you are NOT allowed to remove ANY food from the restaurant. The food in general was mediocre, with al the protien ( plain meat and fish well over cooked and dry) and of 3 star quality and rather repetative. We made it our decision to eat out towards the end of the week. The boiled eggs at breakfast were a lifesaver though. Tui state it has a bar and cafe, but the only one availabe is the pool bar. They also state they have bicycle hire, which they do not. There is no TV lounge either as stated. In additin to this, the rooms (we had 323) were tired, with furniture scratched/worn. The fixed shower head was full of limescale/rust. I don;t even want to think about the bedspread, as these clearly weren't changed/laundered inbetween guest stays. Based on our stay, if we had paid for 3 star, we would have been pleased as that is what it is. To pay what we paid

3 stars for a 3* hotel, however I would clasify it at 2*. Good stuff: - super great location, 1 minute walk to the beach - staff is great and super friendly - breakfast has variety each day and the food is good - check in was smothly - private parking with no extra cost Bad staff: - rooms are in real need of renovation, expecially the bathroom. There is no support for the shower head nor a tile in the bathroom ceiling where we stayed for 7 nights; - two nights I found a bug in the bed . Initially I thought that maybe I brought it from outside however when it happend for the second time , it was definetly not brought inside . Good stuff: - super great location, 1 minute walk to the beach - staff is great and super friendly - breakfast has variety each day and the food is good - check in was smothly - private parking with no extra cost Bad staff: - rooms are in real need of renovation, expecially the bathroom. There is no support for the shower head nor a tile in the bathroom ceiling where we stayed for 7 nights; - two nights I found a bug in the bed . Initially I thought that maybe I brought it from outside however when it happend for the second time , it was definetly not brought inside . The location of the hotel is great, as you walk out of th rear of the hotel straight onto the shingle beach. There were plenty of sunbeds available still at noon and should they all be used/reserved, then there were plentry stacked up on the sides, so you could grab one and plop it on the beach somehere. You could etiher pop up to the pool bar to get drinks or there were staff wondering through the beds and you could order them straight to your bed. The sea was crystal clear, but beach/sea shoes are advised due to the pebbles/rocks underfoot. There was a watersports hut next door on the beach, where you could hire boats, paddleboards, donots, jet ski's etc. We cannot comment on the pool as we did ot use it, as looked a tad shady for us and we would prefer the sea. The hotel is a 10 min walk (slightly longer for us as I walk very slow) to the village. We were expecting a small village judging previous reviews, but IMO it was a small town rather than village. It had plenty of shops, places to eat and drink and really came alive after 6pm. The staff at the hotel are amazing and so hard working and go out of their way to to help. The pool/beach towel hire service was great and saved on additional luggage. Just a 10 euro deposit per towel and returned upon leaving. YOu could change the towels as often as you liked. The grounds of the hotel were lovely as was the Reception area. Ok, now the not so good bits.......... It is NOT 5 star! We wanted location (which we got) and luxury (which we did not get). I have stayed in Greece before and it was on par with a 3 star hotel, definately not a 4 or above. The reasons I state this is that the hotel website boasts it has a spa, nightclub and is ultra all inclusive. Neither of these is correct. There is no spa or nightclub and definately not ultra all inclusive. The mini bar in room was only filled with alcohlic drinks one (which I had to ask twice for on arrival), the snacks were only cake/bread, not good if you are gluten and sugar intolerant like myself, there was no frut on offer as snacks, only at main meal times and the hotel make it clear that you are NOT allowed to remove ANY food from the restaurant. The food in general was mediocre, with al the protien ( plain meat and fish well over cooked and dry) and of 3 star quality and rather repetative. We made it our decision to eat out towards the end of the week. The boiled eggs at breakfast were a lifesaver though. Tui state it has a bar and cafe, but the only one availabe is the pool bar. They also state they have bicycle hire, which they do not. There is no TV lounge either as stated. In additin to this, the rooms (we had 323) were tired, with furniture scratched/worn. The fixed shower head was full of limescale/rust. I don;t even want to think about the bedspread, as these clearly weren't changed/laundered inbetween guest stays. Based on our stay, if we had paid for 3 star, we would have been pleased as that is what it is. To pay what we paid

The location of the hotel is great, as you walk out of th rear of the hotel straight onto the shingle beach. There were plenty of sunbeds available still at noon and should they all be used/reserved, then there were plentry stacked up on the sides, so you could grab one and plop it on the beach somehere. You could etiher pop up to the pool bar to get drinks or there were staff wondering through the beds and you could order them straight to your bed. The sea was crystal clear, but beach/sea shoes are advised due to the pebbles/rocks underfoot. There was a watersports hut next door on the beach, where you could hire boats, paddleboards, donots, jet ski's etc. We cannot comment on the pool as we did ot use it, as looked a tad shady for us and we would prefer the sea. Where to start??? From the moment we arrived we felt like a special guest staff came out to taxi to greet us got luggage out of car etc that’s where it began! We have stayed in lots of 5 ⭐️ hotels around the world including the Atlantis on the palm in dubia and we have never felt this kind of personal & welcoming feeling before. We were in a room on the 5th floor but at 3am in the morn on way to airport to haldiki Hubbie tripped down last few stairs at home & broke his toe! We asked to change to bungalow and it took a couple of days but the manager was so kind and did this for us free of charge or we could have paid extra to use hl lounge but we decided not to and to be honest glad we didn’t. It was coming to the end of season & we drunk them out of Moët Chandon which is our guilty pleasure on hol. The bar & restaurant manager was so friendly he went out and got us more. We got a fruit platter every time we ordered a bottle very nice touch! Even treat ourselves to a dom perignon I know it’s 5 star but the price of champagne and drink is highly overpriced 160 euro for moet and 600 for dom yet in town moet was around 80 euro and 40 euro in supermarket. What we saved in hls we spent and more in champas!! Beds were so comfy and linen was amazing the cleaning staff couldn’t be faulted. Nikos was so friendly and helpful in fact all staff were the made the time to speak to you. Loved the fragrance machines puffing out a gorgeous smell all day. The sea was a gorgeous colour hard to get in and out gracefully due to shingle & stones but so worth it. Sadly pool was just too cold to get into⛄️. Pool towels are a plenty no problem to how many and how often you change them. Topos restaurant was fab girls all lovely! Food in restaurant was good like some others have said maybe room for improvement my opinions are 1. The toaster😡 2. Lack of English breakfast tea. No teaspoons little milk jugs. The fresh orange machine always had a long ques little things the egg station being outside but maybe in refurb will be addressed. I’m personally not a cat person but hainioti has tons of them hotel has a few so on grass in front of bungalow there’s a few cat poops be careful when walking! Think her name is Stella the wine somlier lady was lovely. All staff were chatting to some they were not sure if they would be re- hired after refurb! Hope it’s not due to going for a glamorous looking crew with no personality. Please keep staff you have as they are amazing and aesthetics aren’t everything. Hope to go back next year to see changes but all I can say is don’t hesitate to book this wonderful hotel. Management first class

Beautiful 5 star resort 1,5h from Thessaloniki Airport. Went there in off season, so it was a bit more quiet :-) big rooms, cozy beds, all kinds of soft or supporting pillows. Amazing buffet mornings and evenings with breathtaking variety and absolutely delicious dishes in perfect cleanliness and style. Super soft towels. Amazing pools, super clean beach. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s surely helpful to have a car if you want to explore the surroundings, if not there’s a free transfer included from the airport. Beautiful, big resort, top cleanliness and service. Own app for better overview (sports, entertainment, etc). You can even place your extra wishes (e.g. house keeping) over WhatsApp. Very modern design, rooms in soft beach’s colours. If anything was disturbing, then it has been the majority of the guests wasting this delicious food disrespectful without a thought in big style. What a shame. No minus point for the resort though :-)))

3 stars for a 3* hotel, however I would clasify it at 2*. Good stuff: - super great location, 1 minute walk to the beach - staff is great and super friendly - breakfast has variety each day and the food is good - check in was smothly - private parking with no extra cost Bad staff: - rooms are in real need of renovation, expecially the bathroom. There is no support for the shower head nor a tile in the bathroom ceiling where we stayed for 7 nights; - two nights I found a bug in the bed . Initially I thought that maybe I brought it from outside however when it happend for the second time , it was definetly not brought inside . I provided my feedback to the staff during checkout and they apologized however this should not happen in a hotel and it ruins your entire experience - for what it offers , from my side almost 80 euros a room per night is a little bit overpriced
