"The only positive side, the central location. For the rest, a disaster. All the reception was done remotely, without any contact with the host who only responds to wa messages and with biblical times. The sauna does not work (it did not reach a temperature above 40° after almost two hours from being turned on). The hydromassage pool, again after almost two hours, had not even filled up halfway (and, to turn on the hydromassage, you have to wait until it is full to the brim). The hydromassage pool was dirty (hair and other filth). The bathroom (toilet area) has a sliding glass door that, due to the wrong slope, once closed (without the possibility of locking) reopens halfway. There is no bidet (never seen a "suite" without a bidet in Italy). Having notified (always via message) the property, the latter turned out to be rude and arrogant, claiming that everything worked perfectly and that it was us guests who did not know how to use the facility. The morning of check out we went to have breakfast at the bar and returned at 10.15 to find cleaning staff in the room who, in our absence, had entered the room, had piled up our bags inside the sauna and had started cleaning (the general conditions provide for check out at 10.30). We tried to contact the host by phone who was careful not to answer, starting to write on wa that she had gone to the facility and had found everything clean and working. In conclusion: given the high price, the non-existent services and the "welcome" of the host, I strongly advise against the facility."

"The hotel is in a great location - within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants and shops Rooms were clean and of various sizes, mostly spacious. There were no bins in the bedrooms however, which we felt were needed. Lovely breakfast - cold buffet included a wide choice of fruit and cakes ( mini cannoli!) as well as savoury items. Plus hot food on request. Evening meal good too. Hotel has a relaxing jacuzzi and spa centre. It's free but you need to book. The annex rooms are accessible by steps to the first floor, where the lift starts. We were fine with these but they may not suit those with mobility issues. Rooms were quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And thank you to the hotel again for the upgrades they gave my friend for her birthday. We definitely recommend it."

"This hotel is a little gem in the heart of the city. Hotel location is perfect only a five minute walk to the four corners. Staff are super friendly and attentive honestly would do anything for you. We had booked half board as it came as part of the package but only ate in the hotel the first night as wanted to try different places but this was a mistake as the meal in the hotel was by far the nicest meal we had. Will definitely be back to this hotel anytime we visit Palermo."

"We stayed at this B&B from February 13th to 15th and couldn't have asked for a better stay for our Palermo weekend. The property is located on Corso Calatafimi, on the second floor with an elevator. The area is very quiet yet lively and full of shops, making it a pleasant place to stroll. A huge plus is the parking: we almost always found a spot along the street below the B&B easily, and, not surprisingly, there's no charge! As soon as we stepped inside, a wonderful, clean smell hit us: the hygiene is truly impeccable. Here's what we appreciated most: • The room: we had a triple room with an en suite bathroom, which was super clean. The bed isn't huge, but we managed to sleep comfortably for two adults and a 3-year-old. • Refreshment area: right outside the room, in the hallway, there's a coffee machine always available and a microwave, essential for us for heating up our baby's milk. • Extra: The coin-operated washing machine is extremely useful, ideal for those staying longer or having baby emergencies. The value for money is excellent. Special thanks to Martina for her extreme kindness; she made us feel truly welcome. It's definitely an experience worth repeating, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"Nice hotel in Palmero, close to the 107 bus stop that takes you into the center (trip takes about 30 minutes) The hotel was big and the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly . WiFi was good and it was quiet at night, Nice rooftop terrace with bar There are some nice local restaurants close"

"The hotel office started to receive guests at 3 pm. After waiting for nearly an hour, the hotel staff informed us that there were no rooms available and they needed to transfer us to a 3-star hotel next door: B&B palermo quattro conti. I got the list of triple rooms from the front desk of this three-star hotel, which cost 86 euros, lower than the hotel I was staying at. I kept in sync with Ctrip's customer service throughout the entire process, including the situation of the new room. The current solution offered by the platform is to refund the price difference, because it was an agent room and there was a communication barrier between the agent and the hotel."

"Overall, everything was fine. Except for the monotonous breakfasts, although they were delicious and plentiful. The shower in the room also leaked a bit. They clean daily and very well. The pool with sea water is excellent, and the access to the sea is quite convenient."

"I found many things that were wrong starting from the bed for my son when I booked it clearly said a double bed plus a bed and in reality it was a camp bed with a 10 cm mattress then the breakfast as it said in the presentation was to be done on the terrace in reality if you do it from 6 to 9 you have to go to a bar (the managers wanted a ticket that was not provided to us and moreover we had to pay for the coffees separately because they were not included in the breakfast and they were also rude) otherwise from 9 to 10 on the terrace (we only went one day and basically it was a very poor breakfast) not to mention the parking lot which we found occupied and almost arguing with the black guy who managed it to have a little space in another place almost as a form of courtesy."

"Do not book!! Worst experience ever. After a 24 h train ride, pregnant and tired we arrived to the b&b where we booked and got the check in time confirmed by the owner. They let us know that the room wasn’t ready and we agreed to go out for breakfast in the meantime. Before we could even leave, the owner started fighting with me about my alleged attitude when I tried to explain im just pregnant and tired. His wife came in out the blue telling me im not the only pregnant women in the world and that I need to “behave”. He then proceeded to chase me out to the elevator, shouting and screaming at me, making ****** remarks because “his house, his rules”. We basically got attacked and threatened at this place. Ive never felt so violated before. Be safe!!!"
