Nice staff, good breakfast, good location. But too noisy, shower did not work as it should, wifi slow, connection bad.

We booked a room in advance and looked forward to staying in the city. The room we’ve got was awful. It has mold and a very strong smell of sewage water (in all the room, not just the bathroom). We asked the receptionist to switch rooms. First, he gave us a show where he said he doesn’t smell anything, though he has nothing to say about the black mold over the wall. He said they don’t have a different room, so we can take the money and go to a different place. He said that without consulting his manager (which he needed for other basic logistics/decisions), so I’m guessing it’s not the first time it happens. He didn’t apologize, and when returning the money he asked for my phone, where he marked “reason for canceling” in my booking app as “found another accommodation”. We needed to look for another place to stay, where it was around 1900, and that’s how we spent our last night of the trip.

This was a brilliant hotel to stay in. Very close to all the sites, markets and a 5 minute walk to the train station.
The place itself feels very secure and safe with entry only available to people with a swipe key. Our room had a gorgeous balcony which made the room feel very spacious and light.
Breakfast was easy and nice. Nothing too fancy but a good start to the day.

Hotel appears to be a criminal organization. Refused to honor my confirmed reservation, physically assaulted me, charged for $200 for a five-day stay but I never stayed there because the hotel clerk would not let me, sent me out into the freezing rainy night with no place to say! Will be filing full complaint with ********** and expect full refund!! ********** must cease any relationship with this hotel!!!!!

Value for money - clean, safe and lovlely female personel. But remember it is only a one star hotel. I'd stay there again if I go back.
