Location is quite good. If you have a car, you can get to everything you want to see quite easily. Be aware that reserving a parking space at the hotel costs 10EU a day! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, so no problem in finding somewhere to eat. BTW the hotel restaurant was closed throughout our stay, so don't rely on being able to eat there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a little English so it's not too difficult to communicate with them. Everything is clean but a little dated and sometimes dingy (e.g. the showers). Beds have thin mattresses but are OK. There is a fridge in each room which is brilliant for storing your own cold drinks. There's a supermarket across the road where you can pick up drinks, snacks and other essentials. Breakfast is a fairly traditional Italian fare. It's fairly good, especially because it's free and there's a reasonable amount of choice. Although advertised as having AC, this is absolutely terrible. If you suffer from the heat - as my whole family does - the rooms are very uncomfortable. Sleeping is almost impossible with the noisy and ineffective AC. We had to change room because it simply didn't work. We found the AC was awful in the supposedly better room too. Bring your own travel fan or be prepared to be sweaty for your whole stay. I would definitely not stay there again because of the AC issue. If you don't mind that, it's pretty good value and makes a good base for exploring Palermo.

Friendly staff and a very large family room are the only positives of our stay. Poor breakfast. Small selection of food, which is limited by staff to 1 piece per person on some items. No baby seat. Stairs leading to elevators / restaurant force you to lift a stroller every time you go in/out. Very small lift, hard to fit in with a stroller. Tiny shower makes it really difficult for adults to wash yourself, not even mention washing the kids. The hotel is generally very, very old and it's well visible.

Nice rooms even if a little old, not very unclean but can be better. The staff was good and Always available for your needs, the food was good and the portions big, lot of choice for the breakfast. The neighborhood is nice even if it's a little far from the centre

It was a very bare bones old hotel with a great deal of wear and tear in the rooms. It's deep in the residential area and limited dining options until after 730p

una volta arrivate ci avevano promesso che lenzuola e asciugamani sarebbero stati cambiati dopo 2 giorni, cosa non vera perchè il giorno del cambio hanno solo ripiegato le cose nonostante fossero PALESEMENTE sporche. Inoltre il primo giorno appena fatto il check-in abbiamo notato che la salvietta per la doccia era già completamente bagnata a causa della doccia che perdeva e quindi c’era il pavimento bagnato. La mattina ci siamo svegliate con punture sul corpo probabilmente provenivano da acari essendo che la camera non era per niente pulita e maleodorante. Il cibo non era male come tutto il resto!

hotel pessimo, camere sporche, cibo scarso, durante la nostra permanenza di 4 giorni le salviette non sono mai state cambiate (camera di 4 ragazze), per non parlare del personale, nemmeno disponibile per un bicchiere di plastica o per del ghiaccio per un infortunio, inoltre attenti agli acari nelle lenzuola!!!.

Camera sporca mi son svegliato la mattina con punture di acari, le lenzuola sarebbero dovuto essere cambiate ogni 2 giorni ma al 3 mi ritrovavo ancora con le stesse salviette e le stesse lenzuola, son dovuto andare a richiederle. Cena livello basso Personale poco educato, al posto di venire a pulire le camere venivano a controllarle Terrazzo non accessibile, doccia e rubinetti in alcune stanze che perdevano e andavano ad allagare la stanza

Purtroppo l'albergo è molto datato,camere obsolete,materasso scomodissimo e pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Inoltre abbiamo seriamente patito il caldo in camera,senza possibilità di poter accendere aria condizionata. La colazione discreta. Personale della reception gentile e simpatico. Ma non ci tornerei ne consiglierei!!!
