"We stayed at Hotel Pagus for six days and had half board (breakfast and dinner). The food is a disaster, breakfast is exactly the same every day, and at dinner, 10/15 dishes are also the same every day. for dinner every day: roast pork steak (dry, tasteless), beef in sauce, pasta (mostly in tomato sauce, only once Bolognese) and one type of fish. for a 4-star hotel, absolutely not enough choice and too monotonous. you have to prepare the table yourself. Room cleaning service is differently every day. one day only the trash in the room was taken and the ashtray (the table was not wiped) were emptied, the bed linen was not changed, the next day only the garbage was emptied, the ashtray was not emptied, dust is accumulating on the coffee table and shelves. satisfied with the cleaner only one day in a six day trip. you have to be lucky to have a room cleaned as it should be. parking is (if you're lucky to get it) €10 per day in front of the hotel, otherwise €8 per day in the public parking lot by the coast. the beach is close by and the access to it is well arranged, only the umbrellas and deckchairs quickly run out. In short: the hotel is definitely NOT WORTHY of 4 stars and is absolutely TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get. I don't recommend it."

"3 nachten in Pag verbleven in dit heel goede boutique hotel. Zijn hun 4 sterren meer dan waard. Grote (schone) kamer, goed bed, koelkast en een efficiënte badkamer (douche). Zeer uitgebreid lekker ontbijt. Alle personeelsleden zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ligt nog geen 5 minuten lopen van de haven / het begin van het centrum. Gratis parkeren voor en achter het hotel. Indien gewenst strand handdoeken en parasols te verkrijgen aan de receptie. AANRADER"

"This hotel has seen its best days long gone. The rooms do seem to have had a recent renovation to some extent, but there are still many broken fixtures all around the hotel and the balconies are completely unkept. The outside of the hotel needs a total renovation and is falling apart with rusty AC units. There was only one small spider in my bathroom; forgivable, but there was a splattered insect on the wall next to a plug (not sure what it was, but it hadn't been cleaned off) and a dead cockroach on the terrace. I didn't see any live but if there was one dead I can presume there are others live somewhere. I swam briefly in the pool but soon got out when I saw the rim. It hasn't been properly cleaned for a while. The food at breakfast was basic and adequate. I didn't eat much as I had a feeling it might make me ill. It didn't, but I had been kind of turned off by the whole hotel. The restaurant also has some terrible tables with legs that stick out beyond the table width - so everybody trips over them constantly. Basically, the whole hotel needs demolishing and starting again."

"Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie. Ontbijt is simpel, maar prima. Het zwembad is klein maar de ligging is super mooi. De kamer was simpel maar toereikend met een mooie balkon en een fantastische zee uitzicht."
