"Eigenlijk wil ik geen halve cent geven aan de faciliteiten. Het enige voordeel van dit hotel is dat het dichtbij het station ligt, het een Italiaans hotel durft te noemen, en dat het vier sterren heeft... Er zijn foto's en je kunt het zelf zien. De lift is langzamer dan de trap nemen, en de beker is wegwerpbaar. De kamer is enorm en oud. Het ontbijt bestaat alleen uit brood, geen eieren en geen goud hier is het een regelrechte ramp. De mensen om mij heen zijn allemaal zwarte mensen en mensen uit het Midden-Oosten. De wegen zijn ook erg vies."

"We stayed at this hotel May 23-29 for a conference. This is a delightful, family run hotel. It is filled with original art work and each room has a different theme. Our room was quiet, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good, and the dining area was inviting with a little porch area where you could eat outside. It is also very conveniently located and reasonably priced. But what really stood out was the service, they were so helpful and friendly. They gave directions to the best pizza place, printed out our boarding passes and even called the driver of our airport shuttle to give him specific directions to the hotel as he was not familiar with Padova. All together it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it with no reservations."
