"De televisiedienst was de hele tijd afgelopen. We belden een paar keer en we waren er zeker van dat het was geregeld, maar we hadden geen dienst de hele nacht. We betaalden voor twee kamers en geen kamer had dienst. Er was een haar in de badkamer. Het was een goede locatie. Gemakkelijk te bereiken en had een gasstation en eetmogelijkheden in de buurt."

"This hotel has been one of the worst experiences with security and housekeeping we have ever had. To say we will never stay here again is an understatement. When we arrived our room was extremely hot. It took several hours after turning thermostat down to cool off room enough to unpack. The air conditioner made such an annoying noise! The toilet was loose, the TV remote did not work and the bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. We got here on a Sat and had NO housekeeping until Tuesday. When we got back to our room Tuesday, our DOOR WAS AJAR! Fortunately nothing was missing but what a shock! Housekeeping came, emptied one of two trash cans, (left one out in front of sink instead of under it) no clean sheets - only haphazardly pulled the covers up over the bed, no coffee service replacement (coffee maker still had coffee in it). Ugh! And the parking lot was being striped and no where to park! Nothing was done about remote or toilet and I mentioned to staff on Sat. They said it would be Monday - nothing. ONE of THE WORST hotel experiences ever!"
