the location sucks! if u dont have a car . there is a tim hortons outside and thats it! the rom was clean but run down. Staff and great.Overpriced

Nice easy location, a nice box breakfast and a shuttle to the airport at 4:30am
The pool was empty and not able to be used so that was disappointing.

Nice place to stay for short visits. Room was clean. Had a fridge and kettle with things to make tea. Friendly staff. Close proximity to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel room and staff are good. But I was given no warning the pool was closed. An email would havebeen nice. My child was super excited for a swim and was very disappointed. I booked some time ago and no warning up. Once known maintenance came up, an email would have been the least they could have done.

Room is clean. Bathroom is a bit dated, but functions very well. Breakfast is OK with hard boiled eggs, bagles and bread.
Parking lot on the side could use more lighting at night, also it needs to be re-asphalt. The receptionist could use a bit more smile.

Hotel very well located. Airport shuffle was perfect. But that’s all. Pool is closed, Gym is closed. Electric plugs are not all working. When I asked for a compensation of any kind, the lady up front just said no without looking at me.

the photos indicated a swimming pool which they don't even have and they never came to clean the room

Pool was temporarily closed for maintenance and that was the main reason we booked, it would have been nice to know ahead of time as we would have packed accordingly, room was very warm even with cool on and fan, room was clean, spotless and very comfortable

On the website they advertise they have a gym and pool facility and there in none of that.
They only tell you when you come in that the pool do not work.
