Overall excellent and very comfortable stay - everything went smoothly and as expected. Rooms were very well appointed, with a small convection oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, iron, etc. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was in a great location for walking around downtown plus getting transportation for outlying areas. My room was large with multiple purposeful areas, comfortable and quiet. All in all it was very good value for Ottawa. I'm a member of a large hotel chain and usually look to them when I acquire accommodation but will use Sonder when next in Ottawa.

Online check in was easy and location could not be better. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Free laundry was fabulous and supplies cupboard for things used up in the room. Would stay again. Parking at the sister Sonder was a convenient 2 blocks away, but had trouble getting into that Sonder and needed staff help to exit the carpark.

Always enjoy to stay with Sonder Arlo, You are in heart of downtown, the building nicely renovated, and Sonder staffs are excellent and very efficient Will come back again Room ha everything you will need to make stay pleasant. All attractiveness right beside

I love the ease of checking in and out and I appreciate a good deal on a hotel. The Arlo is conveniently located downtown Ottawa within a 10 minute walk of the CF Rideau mall. It is also right beside a Tim Hortons and steps away from my favourite restaurant in Ottawa, Nando's!

I never was able to stay at this hotel because my driver license had epired and they do not accept government issued temopry drivers license. Their website needs to verify your ID before you arrive and they do not take health cards either. I tired to explain my situation and the call centre, not in Ontario, did not understand how our government issued drivers license works. I tried asking to speak to a manager, they do not have a manager on duty and only have a 24-48 call back system. Which would mean that I would not be able to cancel the reservation (cancelation rules) if the manager couldn't resolve my situation. I asked for a phone number to contact the Ottawa hotel, but I was told that they don't have phone numbers for the hotel. Very unaccomating, I would not recommend staying here. Uploading sensitive picture of your ID to their system is a whole other issue.

The room was delightful, boasting a charming balcony, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The availability of on-site laundry with laundry pods was a convenient amenity, and the unit was equipped with all the essential utensils needed for cooking a meal, which was fantastic!

excellent appartment. very clean, comfortable bed, everything worked perfectly! location great, near Tim Hortons and Nando's, bus in front. Staff very nice, but you hardly interact with them as everything is automatic and works well. I would definitively will come back
