"I stayed here for two nights during the Obon holiday. The children in the next room and the owner's children were playing with me, which was very heartwarming. I usually don't eat white rice because I'm on a low-carb diet, but this was so delicious that I had seconds. The ropeway to Tsugaike Nature Park is nearby, so I was able to arrive early and take a walk in the morning, which was great. They recommended wines and I was able to choose from them, which was delicious."

"Het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij de Tsugaike Kogen ski gondola, die super comfortabel is. De plek is schoon en heeft een zeer thuis vibe. Ik vond het echt leuk. Sinds ik aan het einde van het skiseizoen kwam, was het zeer rustig met niet veel mensen rond, waardoor het nog ontspannender werd. Een leuk moment kwam 's nachts, we moesten inchecken op Ongepland 1 maar onze kamer was op Ongepland 2, dus we zijn wat verloren. Over het algemeen was alles geweldig en ik zou zeker aanbevelen hier te blijven!"

"Een beetje ver van de bushalte en gondolastation tsugaike, en het hotel biedt geen overdrachtsdienst. Dus het zal een 10-15min wandelen met bagage in de sneeuw. Maar als je je skitoestel op die huur-/sluisjes op de gondola opslaat, zal het je leven gemakkelijker maken. Het eten is verbazingwekkend, hoewel met een andere menu elke nacht en we waren zoo vol. Het ontbijt is een buffet en elke ochtend vergelijkbaar, maar je krijgt uw vezels en eiwitten en koolstof voordat je skiën. De openbare badkamer is schoon en heeft zowel binnen- als buitendelen. De skitoestellendroogkamer is ook schoon."

"Hotel is located next to ski ground, perched on a slope. Slope is slightly steep. About 15-20 min drive from Hakuba main station, depending on climate. The drive into tsugaike kogen during winter is scenic. But the snow could get heavy. There is a ski locker room to store ski boots and equipment. From the ski locker room , we went straight into the ski ground, which is extremely convenient. Price range in peak season is reasonable. There is a lounge which most guests will hang around. Beverages are readily available for self serve , the hot water is essential during winter. Free private carpark in front of hotel. But when the snow gets heavy, u have to shove off the snow yourself. We spent almost 1.5 hours clearing snow from our vehicle in order to exit. Food is average. But every staff in the hotel are warm and super nice. No regrets coming here. Rooms are a bit small though."

"Thank you for staying with my daughter's family for 2 nights. My daughter's family is 3.4 This is my first visit. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The bathroom has been renewed and is beautiful. There is also a kids room, which is a safe inn for families with children. The best thing is thank you for your wife's smile and a wonderful time. You can pick up and drop off to the Konoike Kogen Ski Area. "
