Roundhouse Motel ★★★

"The Roundhouse Motel in Peterborough is a good place to stay when visiting this nice SA town with its famous rail history. Our room was spacious and clean with good facilities and parking at the door. The restaurant was undergoing work so there was no on-site dining but it was only a short drive to the town centre with hotels and pizza plentiful. Likewise no breakfast but we could easily eat downtown. It is only a short drive to the rail museum. We had a most comfortable night and would recommend the Roundhouse Motel."

Black Jack Get-A-Way ★★

"Orroroo is een aangename stad voor een nacht of twee stop en de Black Jack Get-A-Way cabins zijn echt comfortabele plekken om te blijven. De cabines lijken uit een voorbereid ontwerp gebouwd in de late jaren '60 en zijn echt 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamerhuizen. Als zodanig hebben ze een echte 1960 vibe in hun accessoires en meubels. Hoewel ze misschien gedateerd zijn, zijn de cabines perfect functioneel, schoon en comfortabel. In feite, ze zijn zo goed uitgerust dat je gemakkelijk kunt bewegen en wonen daar. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen voor gasten om een groot continentaal ontbijt te maken en andere voorzieningen zoals een wasmachine worden gewaardeerd. Hoewel alle contacten met Susan per e-mail of tekst waren, was ze responsief, tijdig en handig in haar antwoorden. Ik zou deze cabines zeker aanbevelen voor korte of langere verblijf in Orrooo."

Peterborough Motel ★★

"We stayed here one night during a South Australian roadtrip. The bedroom area is great, with a comfortable bed, reasonably spacious. Bathroom is small and dated, with limited ventilation and poor lighting. Shower pressure was good though. Did the job for a one night stay, good value price wise."

Bendleby Ranges ★★★

"We had a long weekend getaway with bunch of 8 adults and 7 kids/youth. Our campsite was in the hidden valley, just us and the very serviceable long drop! A great space for the number of people we had. We travelled up to sunset ridge on the Friday evening with a BBQ, snags, a couple of beers and a great view of the sun setting over the surrounding 360o views of the valleys. Over the remainder of the long weekend we explored the 4WD track which were excellent! The inclusion of firewood was a real bonus and saved us messing about. I highly recommend a trip to the Bendleby Ranges and Charlie & Kylie were great communicators and hosts."
