"In Erzin, we knew how much we would have to pay at the reception, but they charged me 600 Algerian Dinars more than what was stated in your system. When I asked about this, they said no, they don't accept it. They charged me 1950 Dinars, but your system shows 1250 Dinars. So they overcharged me. Secondly, the receptionists didn't speak English; I had a lot of difficulty and used a translation device. Thirdly, to call a taxi at the door, even though I ordered one through the app on my phone, the taxi that arrived demanded three times the amount shown in the system. The receptionist and the person at the door had arranged that taxi. The amount I should have paid was 700, but they asked for 2000, then lowered it to 1005. It was very unethical behavior. In the end, I ordered a taxi myself through the system and went for 1000."

"Review van Hotel TIMGADE in Oran. Helaas was mijn ervaring bij aankomst in Hotel TIMGADE in Oran zeer teleurstellend. Het receptiepersoneel was onvriendelijk en leek ongeïnteresseerd. Er werd geen enkele moeite gedaan om een warme en gastvrije sfeer te creëren. Het gebrek aan professionaliteit van het personeel was opvallend. De medewerkers leken ongeorganiseerd en incompetent in het uitvoeren van hun taken. Eenvoudige verzoeken zoals wifi werden slecht afgehandeld, wat mijn frustratie en ongemak alleen maar vergrootte. De klantenservice laat veel te wensen over. De algemene houding van het personeel was onverschillig en toonde weinig belangstelling voor het welzijn van de gasten. Hoewel de netheid van mijn kamer acceptabel was, leken andere delen van het hotel slecht onderhouden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren vies en in slechte staat, wat bijdroeg aan een algemene indruk van verwaarlozing. Het ontbijt, dat totaal niet overeenkwam met de foto's in de reclame, bestond uit een simpele koffie met melk en als gebak vier broodcroutons en twee madeleine-achtige cakejes. Kortom: mijn verblijf in het TIMGADE Hotel in Oran was zeer teleurstellend vanwege de slechte ontvangst en het gebrek aan professionaliteit van het personeel. Ik zou dit hotel niet aan andere reizigers aanbevelen, tenzij er ingrijpende veranderingen worden doorgevoerd in het management en de servicecultuur van het hotel."

"Although the hotel had a lot of charm and the staff were very attentive, my stay nevertheless got off to a very bad start. When I made my reservation, I requested a shuttle after providing all my flight details as requested (arrival time 11:30 PM, flight number, origin), and the shuttle was confirmed. Upon arrival, however, there was no one in sight. I checked my emails and discovered that no shuttle service was provided after 10 PM. Alone at the airport, I tried to contact the hotel several times without success. I had a very bad experience; it was a blatant lack of incompetence and professionalism. I stayed in room 512, which had numerous stains on the carpet and a broken refrigerator. I had hoped to store my cheeses in it, but the ice packs didn't last the night, and I had to throw everything away the next day. Finally, breakfast was a huge disappointment. There was very little choice, a very limited selection, and the choice was practically nonexistent. I only took cheese and bread. You only had one uninteresting type of cheese and a terrible Nescafé. What a shame! You have a beautiful hotel, but there's still a lot to improve. As for breakfast, I suggest you visit your competitors, like AZ Hotel (to name one), and you'll see that what you offer is truly dismal."

"I would never recccomend this hotel To anyone.. the location and view are nice but really not worth it.. the staff the cleaning ladys the way they treat u everything is 0 they want only money from u and they are thieves they stole my shirt.. i was very shocked what happend to me in this hotel i checked out 2 days after.. i told the staff what happend to me and they didnt even care.. my room Was dirty and when i checked in i got my room like this! Never sty in this hotel Please."

"Hotel is / was fraud! All people, 14 of us had a problem with rooms. Photos were taken in the rooms just prepared for guests. Then they could not change us the room anymore, because all of them are the same. Not because hotel is full, we saw at the breakfast, that hotel is not full. Some rooms can be opened without key, some could not be opened at all, some rooms you could not lock the room, some have broken toilets, some broken windows, some can be unlocked with someone elses room key, basicly most pf them are dirty, and every day I had to reactivate the key card because the system is bad in general. It does not metter is the room 3rd or 7th floore, it's fraud!!!! Wifi in hotel also fraud! Instead of resting after exploring trips, we had to deal with room problmes! Again, hotel is a fraud! Local guides told us that there are normal hotels in that price range, and gave me some names (they knew the price range because before they did hotel checking for this agency from Bosnia and Herzegovina). Industrial harbor in front of you as view. I am sorry that we did not make photo of prepared space for beakfast... There is whole restoran, but they prepare 4-5 tables and seperate them from rest of the restoran... They I realized.. that is the probably number of guests in hotel. And this is not Algier and Afrika! This is bad hotel! I am sorry I can not pplace the video of opening some rooms door, without key."
